Efficient AI Routing and Collaboration

I use SleekFlow to automate our business customer interactions across Instagram, Messenger, and live chat on our web platform in a single inbox, which also helps in lead management. With AI routing, it qualifies leads quickly and sends them to the right team member, saving us from wasting time on low-value customers. It handles higher messaging volumes, so we don't need to hire more support or sales staff. I like its AI routing mechanism and ability to qualify leads automatically. The team collaboration features within the shared inbox are super useful. It has been a huge value-add by removing the manual effort of sorting and assigning conversations. Instead of having someone monitor incoming messages and decide who should handle them, SleekFlow helps us qualify leads based on predefined rules.

Connectivity Issues Undermine Potential

I like the interface of SleekFlow; it's nice and it's a really, really good idea. It allows me to consolidate my WhatsApp, WeChat, and Facebook Messenger chats. I appreciate that it enables one phone number to be shared among various team members in my company. It also offers some automations in terms of workflows and chatbots. The initial setup was easy, and the staff was very helpful, they were on top of everything at the beginning.

Easy Onboarding, Reliable Performance - A Great Choice

I like that SleekFlow is easy to use and offers almost 99% stability. There's really no noticeable downtime, which is perfect and very crucial for our business. The platform is relatively easier to use, capturing our onboarding time, training time, and transition time, allowing anyone to join and start work immediately.
