SP has a UI that kids easy and locks you in to using, however once they were bought out sand went public their vision changed from helping solo small practices Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like that you can send forms directly to your clients and they are HIPAA compliant. They offer telehealth sessions if your business needs that service as well Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I couldn't utilize all of their services for my business so I needed a separate payment processing company in addition to their service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There are many helpful features of this EHR. After using others, this is the one I have liked the most. It is very helpful to have note templates, schedule integration, calendar exportation, video conference, chat functions, and great visibility for all documentation. Unfortunately, being able to use all of the wonderful features requires upgrades to the subscription that is often not worth the cost. There are alternative platforms that are free so it is not always worth upgrading for video and chat functions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
