I find it very user friendly and intuitive, from creating forms, to billing, and documentation. Filing claims for insurance is as easy as a few clicks, and remittances are easily transferred and allocated to client billing statements making the process extremely smooth. In creating forms (assessments or intake), it can be cumbersome to move around the items--often this takes a lot of time on longer forms. There are a few customizations I'd love to see in the future, such as e-faxing services, or sending time-zone specific reminders to my out-of-state clients in other time zones. It is definitely simple. I have always used more complicated systems due to working in organizations with many regulatory bodies. SimplePractice is so helpful for new private practice clinicians. With helpful videos and tips for use, it helps clinicians get the most out of an EMR.
