**What do you like best about Qwilr?**

The integration with Salesforce is incredibly smooth and has made a world of difference for our partnership managers. It’s helped us move away from fragmented workflows and into a more centralized way of working, where everything lives in one place. I also really appreciate the consistency we can maintain across the team by using standardized templates. The analytics provide clear visibility into proposal status, and being able to see exactly when a partner has reviewed a document is a major plus.

**What do you dislike about Qwilr?**

I’ve noticed that the real-time syncing with Salesforce could be tighter, especially during the quoting phase. Right now, the deal amount in Salesforce doesn’t update until the proposal is actually accepted, which can make our near-term forecasting a bit less accurate than we’d like.

**What problems is Qwilr solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It’s been effective at standardizing our entire outreach process, so every partner gets a high-quality, professional experience no matter who on our team sends it. The built-in tracking also takes the guesswork out of whether a proposal was viewed, which helps us time our follow-ups more accurately.

**What do you like best about Qwilr?**

Being able to bundle multiple subscription tiers into a single agreement is a huge time-saver for me. Rather than going back and forth across several separate documents, I can simply let the buyer choose their preferred option directly on the page. The automation also helps minimize the risk of human error, and the CRM integration makes sure each agreement stays properly synced with the correct customer profile.

**What do you dislike about Qwilr?**

It’s a bit of a hassle that you have to use the exact same email address in both Qwilr and HubSpot for the pages to link correctly. Even a small mismatch in login credentials can prevent the integration from triggering the way it should, which is frustrating when you’re trying to keep your CRM data organized and connected without having to do manual troubleshooting.

**What problems is Qwilr solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It effectively automates our entire contracting process, significantly reducing manual workload and lowering the risk of mistakes during the document preparation phase.

**What do you like best about Qwilr?**

It’s easy to integrate with HubSpot, and it brings our sales process, customer experience, and HubSpot workflows together in one place. Our team also loves it because it helps us present ourselves more professionally to customers, while reinforcing our brand representation and tone of voice. Our customers and technical partners have commented on how engaging it is, and a few have even asked for more information about Qwilr because they’re considering using it for their own businesses.

The ease of implementation was fantastic, the onboarding, training and designing from Qwilr went really well. The ease of use for the team, customer and myself has also been praised. 

Customer support, you cannot fault them. Their replies are super quick, and is almost always fixed in good time. 

We just need to get the teams to use it more to increase the Frequency of Use with Qwilr.

**What do you dislike about Qwilr?**

Not necessarily a dislike, but it would be a nice-to-have to be able to implement more of our brand guidelines in Qwilr. For example, we shouldn’t use rounded-corner boxes and would prefer straight-cut corners. Like I said, this isn’t the end of the world, but it would look better for us.

**What problems is Qwilr solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Only a few minor issues: the tokens stop working every now and then, but it’s usually solved by deleting the integration in HubSpot and then re-integrating it. Another issue is that one of our team members is unable to use Qwilr at all. We do have the work instructions to follow to fix this, but the sales manager has been too busy to find the time to sort it out.

Qwilr always fixes these issues (that we have had so far), and you are super speedy at helping us. We really appreciate it.

**What do you like best about Qwilr?**

I really love when you're building a proposal initially that you can pull blocks and then save those blocks. So I can create a return on investment block and then modify them as I need them for specific customers. The templates are already built then. I also really love the integration within HubSpot as well. It just really honestly speeds up the process of creating a proposal. By pulling key information from HubSpot as well as having those blocks already built, the proposal process takes a couple of minutes.

**What do you dislike about Qwilr?**

Sometimes it's hard to find things within Qwilr. It's not 100% intuitive where things would be located, or where saved blocks would be located, so that takes a little bit of time.

**What problems is Qwilr solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find that Qwilr speeds up proposal creation by allowing me to quickly pull information and edit templates within HubSpot.

**What do you like best about Qwilr?**

I love how easy it is to use. My proposals always look like I spent the whole day on them. Easy drag and drop features, the ability to bring images in through Unsplash, etc. They are also very responsive on support. I do wish I didnt use my free design when I first started, before I got to know the platform, because I would have given them one of our more standard options, but they do have paid services available for that.

**What do you dislike about Qwilr?**

I wish they would expand the design modules to work more like a website CMS, maybe the ability to use HTML//CSS to really amp up the design and layout. Also the integration with HubSpot is not the best, it does not do what I wanted it to do. BUT I still love the platform, and they are always adding new features, so I will not be changing anytime soon!

Simple but beautiful proposals that do not take all day to make!

**What do you like best about Qwilr?**

I use Qwilr for proposals and digital brochures for our services. I really enjoy how easy it is to design and customize them, which saves so much time on our proposals and significantly improves our turnaround time for clients. The platform looks great too, making our proposals appealing. The feature for E-signature capture and data tracking is really valuable. The initial setup was a breeze because many team members from Qwilr were there to help and answer questions every step of the way.

**What do you dislike about Qwilr?**

There are not enough payment configurations within their blocks and integration settings to work for us. With the current functions, we cannot use Qwilr pay at this time.

**What problems is Qwilr solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Qwilr because it eases design and customization, captures e-signatures, and tracks data. It's easy to use, looks great, and significantly reduces the time taken on proposals, improving our client turnaround time.

**What do you like best about Qwilr?**

I appreciate Qwilr for its professional look while saving time on similar proposals. I love using set templates with the ability to personalize them with client and product-specific details by adding or removing saved blocks. The ease of adding and saving blocks is great for crafting tailored proposals with numerous services. Qwilr helps me build a deck and improve the overall look of my proposals. Overall, the initial setup was easy, and mastering more functions was just a matter of learning as I went, but the basics were really easy to use.

**What do you dislike about Qwilr?**

I find it frustrating that when adding plans on a block, I can't add another piece or block within that block. It forces me to copy and paste from another block. It would be great if there was a functionality to add a piece of content into a block instead of just the standard add block.

I use Qwilr for proposals, benefiting from set templates that I can personalize for clients by adding or removing saved blocks, saving time on similar proposals. It helps build a deck, improving the professional look of my proposals.

It's both easy to use as well as great looking. The tracking capability is also outstanding.

Not much. The ability to do a bit more custom coding would be great, but that's really just a rounding error.

**What problems is Qwilr solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One of the biggest benefits is the dreaded, "I sent the PDF file, and then I found a typo!" With Qwilr, you can fix anything at any time, even after you hit "send." 

I really like that I can see when a prospect opened a proposal and even see which pages were opened and for how long. 

I have had at least four clients not only engage our firm, but then ask us to set up Qwilr for them. Great product!

I really like how fast and easy it is to build polished, professional-looking pages. The interactive blocks make everything feel modern and engaging, and clients find it intuitive to navigate and sign. Being able to turn complex documents into clean, consistent templates saves me a huge amount of time and makes our whole process feel more high-trust and streamlined.

**What do you dislike about Qwilr?**

The main frustration is the limited control over formatting and layout. Sometimes it feels like you’re fighting the editor when you want something to look a specific way. A few features feel constrained to certain block types, and mobile layouts can occasionally behave in ways you don’t expect. Integrations are improving, but building fully automated workflows can still be a bit clunky.

**What problems is Qwilr solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Qwilr solves the problem of creating high-quality documents quickly and consistently. It removes the need for design software or complex formatting, which means I can produce client-ready proposals and Statements of Advice in a fraction of the time. The consistency and professionalism of the pages lift our brand, improve client trust, and streamline our entire onboarding and advice process.

I like the ability to change the templates and presets in Qwilr as it makes it easier to create documents without needing to constantly rewrite them. The availability of multiple templates that I can alter pretty easily is great. I also appreciate the feature that allows you to select your price, which is nice because we have multiple packages, so the customer can choose the right fit. The setup was pretty easy because it's intuitive, and there are nice guidelines.

The fact that it costs a lot to add another account.

Qwilr solves the issue of constantly changing document formats with easily alterable templates. Its presets are valuable for creating agreements, and the ability to select pricing allows customers to choose the right package.

**What do you like best about Qwilr?**

I like how seamless and user-friendly Qwilr is for our team, especially with the Salesforce integration. It helps our partnership managers work more efficiently, and having templates makes it easy to get proposals standardized and consistent. I really like the visibility it gives us through analytics and reporting. It's easy to track proposal status, see if a partner reviewed it, and confirm when it's been accepted. The way proposals are presented feels more engaging and interactive for partners since we can include images, videos, and expandable sections instead of just plain text.

**What do you dislike about Qwilr?**

One area that could be improved is the syncing with Salesforce during the quoting stage. When totals are adjusted in the quote table, Salesforce doesn't update the amount in real time—it only updates once the proposal is accepted. If the sync could happen immediately when changes are made, it would make forecasting and tracking more accurate. We would also benefit from enhancements around managing blueprint parent and child items, especially as our team grows and needs more flexibility to organize pages per partnership manager.

Qwilr standardizes and streamlines our proposal process with templates, enhances visibility with tracking, and improves partner engagement with multimedia. The Salesforce integration reduces manual work, keeps our records aligned, and organizes updates effortlessly.

**What do you like best about Qwilr?**

I like the intel we get on people reviewing our proposals and documents. It really helps in a sales cycle because if potential clients have viewed the document several times, then you know they are keen and you know to nurture that sale. The initial setup experience with Qwilr was pretty good, as we had a representative from their team help us onboard. Also, I would highly recommend it, rating it a 9 out of 10, even though we only moved off it as we were consolidating SaaS products we currently pay for.

I've never been crazy about the design templates and specifically how, when you export to PDF, the exported document looks.

**What do you like best about Qwilr?**

We absolutely love Qwilr and find ourselves recommending it to everyone we meet. It presents such a professional and impressive image to our clients. The templates are fantastic, and the support team responds almost instantly and is always very accommodating. The platform is incredibly easy to use and implement. We rely on it daily for every client, applying it to many different aspects of our business.

**What do you dislike about Qwilr?**

The integration with QuickBooks was a major disappointment. We switched from MYOB to QuickBooks specifically for Qwilr's integration, but it turned out to be unsuitable for our needs, especially when it comes to handling cost centres. This has been quite frustrating, and overall, I am not satisfied with QuickBooks. I am now hoping that Qwilr will offer integration with Xero soon, as that would be the ideal combination for us.

Love supporting an Australian business also, but disappointing have to pay in US Dollars.

Creating an interactive yet beautifully presented proposal, which then constitutes as the contract upon confirmation.

**What do you like best about Qwilr?**

Easy to set up, intuitive interface, not a lot of Qwilr branding even on the lower tier plan. Fast implementation, good support. Integration with Hubspot works well.

**What do you dislike about Qwilr?**

Not as customisable as other programs I use to design things (for example, you're unable to justify images and text to the right hand side). I think this would still be ok for the average user. Would be great to have the ability to track changes in the contracts.

Combining contracts with our sales slides into one document, solving the need for e-sign, allowing marketing to make branded blocks for sales to use in pages, giving us analytics and further insight into who is opening and when.

I love how Qwilr makes delivering beautiful, interactive proposals that impress our clients and prospects easy. Now a seamless part of our workflow smooth. The initial setup was very easy, taking about a month of dabbling and tweaking, roughly an hour or two per day.

**What do you dislike about Qwilr?**

The download to PDF is tricky - requires quite a bit of wrangling. This is a technical limitation of choosing this format, so not something Qwilr can control.

**What do you like best about Qwilr?**

I like Qwilr's accordion style and customization capabilities. It allows me to make my presentations concise but still provide additional details to elaborate on in real time or share later. The customization options let me incorporate our company's branding, making the presentations more personalized. I also find Qwilr very intuitive to use.

**What do you dislike about Qwilr?**

I wish it was easier to paste or add things in particular locations, like when I want to add an accordion between the first and the second one. I have to add it as a fourth accordion, then copy the second and third accordions under that, then delete the second and third accordions. If I was able to drag and drop the fourth one to second place, it would save all that copy/paste/delete work.

Qwilr makes it quick and easy to create presentations for both internal and external client needs.

**What do you like best about Qwilr?**

I love the ability to add images and videos and have 'blocks' of content or text in Qwilr. The flexibility of the pricing modules, which allow for customized and curated options for clients, is something I really appreciate. I also like that you can integrate animated video in the headers and resize blocks to meet the experience I want to provide in the proposal or contract.

**What do you dislike about Qwilr?**

I think the formatting needs improved. There needs to be more resizing options. More flexibility with moving image and text blocks around. It is clunky when I try to move blocks. Also, having more color options; more fonts; more flexibility integrated like Word. Things that should take less time take a lot more time because formatting is not as easy as it should be. Sometimes it takes forever to add text within a section and put it exactly where I want it. That should be easy. I copy and paste from Word, but sometimes that is also difficult because the formatting doesn’t translate which is a problem.

Qwilr allows me to create thorough proposals and contracts, enhancing professionalism and confidence for clients, making them more likely to sign with us.

When it comes to editing multiple templates at once, it would be good to be able to have a feature that updates all of them instantly rather than having to go in and out of each proposal manually.

It's helping to keep track of sales proposals sent out to our customers, it also enables to time stamp these proposals so that we can put an expiry date on when a deal runs out to ensure that the customer knows when to make a decision

**What do you like best about Qwilr?**

I love using Qwilr for creating company profiles and product information documents. It helps me design page presentations to share with my clients, which is super valuable. I appreciate how easily I can create documents or pages that look really good. I find the insights it provides about which slides clients visit very useful. The first time I signed up, the service was amazing; they helped create a Qwilr link for my presentations. The initial setup with the team was great; they were really helpful and created several presentations for me, which taught me a lot.

**What do you dislike about Qwilr?**

When I try to download my Qwilr link as a PDF, it always has something wrong to do. I think this part needs an AI or something to make it work.

**What do you like best about Qwilr?**

We have been using QWILR for several years now and find it very simple to use, integrates with our Salesforce CRM smoothly. However, the best thing about my experience with QWILR is how fantastic the support team are, very quick to respond to support emails (although often you can speak to someone on a live chat) and they are always so helpful.   I am not a developer or anything of the sort (but kind of yook on the role of Admin for our Salesforce CRM and all its various API's.  I only wish other platforms and services provided the kind of support that QWILR do.

I just wish there was an "undo" feature when making changes to templates, if you delete something in error you need to retype it rather than being able to hit back or undo (i suppose that feature is just to insure against my carelessness but nevertheless it would be an improvement id like to see!)

Qwilr has been a lifesaver for me. We used to have a very manual solution for proposal creation that would take upwards of 30+ minutes per proposal. Now I can create a very detailed, tailored proposal in less than 5 minutes. From the very beginning, the implementation was seamless and super easy to use. The integration with Salesforce is also super helpful. Qwilr is the tool I use most often in my day to day and I couldn't be happier with our decision to use it.

The only downside to Qwilr is the reporting feature. It can be rather confusing to use if you are unsure of what you are looking for. Once I learned how to look for what I needed, it made a lot more sense. Customer support was super helpful in answering my questions about it as well.

Additionally, the responsiveness of our account manager is stellar and adds confidence in the service. The initial setup of Qwilr was straightforward, with the platform doing most of the heavy lifting and the customization process being intuitive and user-friendly thanks to its super intuitive design tools. Ultimately, the positive impact on our workflow, along with the capability to track viewer interactions, makes Qwilr an invaluable tool.

**What do you dislike about Qwilr?**

I currently have an issue with my ability to download some proposals as PDFs, but this is minor, and the developers are working on it. Additionally, I would like the ability to download pricing blocks in Excel to streamline our proposal to invoice/pro forma process, which reflects our unique workflow. I also wish for direct integration with Monday.com.

I find Qwilr provides a visual, customizable proposal experience, reducing email back-and-forth, updating quotes in real time, and tracking client interactions, which enhances our brand representation.

I am thoroughly impressed with Qwilr's ability to seamlessly integrate with our CRM, allowing us to present our services to prospects beautifully while offering the flexibility to make minor tweaks for further customization. I greatly value the initial assistance we received as part of our package, where Qwilr helped us start designing our proposals, a feature not commonly found in other proposal software options I researched. The ease of setting up Qwilr was also a significant benefit, facilitating a smooth transition from using Google Slides. Overall, Qwilr enhances our proposal and acceptance letter processes, making them more efficient and visually appealing.

I dislike that API integration access with Qwilr requires an additional charge, which prevents us from utilizing it.

**What do you like best about Qwilr?**

I use Qwilir for sales at an Event Production Company. When we submit proposals they can all look the same on paper. With Qwilir i am able to embed videos and photos showing all the unique things our company offers.

**What do you dislike about Qwilr?**

At times when i need to save as a PDF the spacing can be off. I believe Qwilir is currently working on fixing this issue.

Qwilr is allowing our company to truly showcase our lighting and video design capabilities by letting us embed videos directly into our proposals. It’s made our proposal process much more seamless and visually engaging.

I appreciate how Qwilr makes sharing and signing documents very easy, which streamlines my workflow significantly. I also value the ability to easily change currency, which adds flexibility to my proposals and financial transactions. The capability to make line items optional and apply discounts is another aspect I find extremely useful, allowing me to tailor proposals to the specific needs of my clients with ease. The customer support I have received recently has been fantastic, reinforcing my confidence in the product and its team.

**What do you dislike about Qwilr?**

I dislike that it is not easy to duplicate quotes and proposals in Qwilr. This limitation can make it cumbersome when I need to create multiple similar documents quickly.

**What do you like best about Qwilr?**

I find Qwilr to be a highly flexible tool that lets you incorporate almost anything into your documents. The support is excellent, especially the live chat feature, which can save you hours!

**What do you dislike about Qwilr?**

Certain features and functions are not very intuitive. For example, after cloning a document, it can be challenging to locate the cloned version unless you already know where the original is stored. It would be helpful if there were an option to save the cloned document in a different folder.

Creating high-quality proposals and successfully turning them into real sales deals has been my focus.

**What do you like best about Qwilr?**

I like how easy it is to create aesthetic proposals with Qwilr, and the fact that it integrates with Quillipay is a big plus. I used to use PDFs with esignature on Google, but Qwilr is much better. Setting up Qwilr was very easy, and using the template made it a good experience.

**What do you dislike about Qwilr?**

I don't like that Qwilr doesn't handle accepting Amex payments with Stripe effectively. It seems like an area that could use some improvement.

**What problems is Qwilr solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Qwilr provides an aesthetic way to send proposals to clients, replacing my previous method of using PDFs and e-signatures on Google. It's much better for creating and presenting proposals in a visually appealing format.

Customer Support have always been quick to respond when we have had queries too which is always appreciated when you need answers fast.

The backend portal of qwilr is quite ridged. Being able to filter more would be helpful as we have hundred of clients each with their own folders which can be time consuming to locate.

We used to prepare our subscription proposals in PowerPoint. 
We now have beautiful professional documents that prospect clients can interactive with.

This tool has allowed us to send professional-looking proposals that are customizable.  The main benefit is the ability to send agreements for clients to sign electronically.

**What do you dislike about Qwilr?**

It took quite a bit of practice to understand all of the options and layouts.  It's not always the most user-friendly platform.  But once you have created a template, you can use it over and over.

Very professional and informative proposals as well as the ability for electronic contract signatures.  Allows for a quicker turnaround with clients.

Very little! It would be great to get some more formatting options in future releases.

Eliminating the need for lengthy documents our clients sometimes struggle to understand (and probably don't read!). Now we can see them accessing it and interacting with the document.
