What do you like best about Qwilr?

I really like how fast and easy it is to build polished, professional-looking pages. The interactive blocks make everything feel modern and engaging, and clients find it intuitive to navigate and sign. Being able to turn complex documents into clean, consistent templates saves me a huge amount of time and makes our whole process feel more high-trust and streamlined. What do you dislike about Qwilr?

The main frustration is the limited control over formatting and layout. Sometimes it feels like you’re fighting the editor when you want something to look a specific way. A few features feel constrained to certain block types, and mobile layouts can occasionally behave in ways you don’t expect. What do you like best about Qwilr?

We absolutely love Qwilr and find ourselves recommending it to everyone we meet. It presents such a professional and impressive image to our clients. The templates are fantastic, and the support team responds almost instantly and is always very accommodating. The platform is incredibly easy to use and implement. What do you dislike about Qwilr?

The integration with QuickBooks was a major disappointment. We switched from MYOB to QuickBooks specifically for Qwilr's integration, but it turned out to be unsuitable for our needs, especially when it comes to handling cost centres. This has been quite frustrating, and overall, I am not satisfied with QuickBooks. I am now hoping that Qwilr will offer integration with Xero soon, as that would be the ideal combination for us.

What do you like best about Qwilr?

I love the ability to add images and videos and have 'blocks' of content or text in Qwilr. The flexibility of the pricing modules, which allow for customized and curated options for clients, is something I really appreciate. What do you dislike about Qwilr?

I think the formatting needs improved. There needs to be more resizing options. More flexibility with moving image and text blocks around. It is clunky when I try to move blocks. Also, having more color options; more fonts; more flexibility integrated like Word. Things that should take less time take a lot more time because formatting is not as easy as it should be. Sometimes it takes forever to add text within a section and put it exactly where I want it. That should be easy. I copy and paste from Word, but sometimes that is also difficult because the formatting doesn’t translate which is a problem. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Qwilr?

I use Qwilr mainly for client proposals and business documents and it has made my work much easier and more professional. The thing I like most is the wide range of templates that make proposals look polished without me needing design skills. I have been able to turn a plain sales pitch into a visually engaging page in minutes. The ability to embed videos, pricing tables and images directly into the proposal makes it more interactive and impressive for clients. What do you dislike about Qwilr?

What do you like best about Qwilr?

I love using Qwilr for creating company profiles and product information documents. It helps me design page presentations to share with my clients, which is super valuable. I appreciate how easily I can create documents or pages that look really good. I find the insights it provides about which slides clients visit very useful. The first time I signed up, the service was amazing; they helped create a Qwilr link for my presentations. What do you like best about Qwilr?

Qwilr is one of those rare tools that just feels good to use. It’s sleek, fast, and visually impressive without needing a graphic designer in the background. The finished product always looks professional, modern, and a cut above your average PDF proposal or deck.

The biggest strength, though, is the support. Their team are actual humans, responsive, personable, and quick to help. Whenever I’ve forgotten how to do something (which happens if I haven’t used it for a while), they’ve been right there with real solutions, not just help articles. That’s rare.

I also find it brilliant for client engagement, the ability to share a beautiful, interactive proposal and get the agreement signed in the same place makes it really smooth. It's particularly helpful when you're building trust or presenting something new. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Qwilr?

If you’re not using it regularly, there’s a learning curve each time you come back to it. Not steep, but enough to slow you down. The interface, while intuitive once you're in flow, isn’t always obvious when you're juggling multiple client versions or trying to do something more advanced like conditional content or custom pricing tables. What do you like best about Qwilr?

I really like the design aspects of Qwilr, especially how automated it is. It automatically took images, colors, and style guides from our corporate website to create a very good-looking, dynamic, and modern proposal template. I uploaded an existing proposal, and it did a great job melding the two. This made my job so much easier, achieving results I wouldn't have managed on my own. Also, the setup was pretty easy, and Qwilr took the next step to include our design features, colors, and style guides to make it look good. "The best customer service you could ask for"
What do you like best about Qwilr?

We have been using QWILR for several years now and find it very simple to use, integrates with our Salesforce CRM smoothly. However, the best thing about my experience with QWILR is how fantastic the support team are, very quick to respond to support emails (although often you can speak to someone on a live chat) and they are always so helpful. I am not a developer or anything of the sort (but kind of yook on the role of Admin for our Salesforce CRM and all its various API's. What do you dislike about Qwilr?

I just wish there was an "undo" feature when making changes to templates, if you delete something in error you need to retype it rather than being able to hit back or undo (i suppose that feature is just to insure against my carelessness but nevertheless it would be an improvement id like to see!) What do you like best about Qwilr?

I love Qwilr so much that I'd happily be a spokesperson for them for free. The software is incredibly easy to use, which makes my workflow more efficient, especially when closing deals quickly. Its beautiful, intuitive user interface is the best I’ve ever experienced, setting it apart from any other product I’ve used before. The feature that stands out to me the most is the block structure, which allows me to quickly and easily make changes, enhancing the flexibility of my document creation process. This ability to customize and reorganize blocks makes the tool highly adaptable to my needs. Furthermore, the initial setup was incredibly easy, demonstrating Qwilr's user-friendly design from the start. In addition, I appreciate how well Qwilr integrates with HubSpot, streamlining my workflow seamlessly. These aspects combined make Qwilr not just a tool, but an essential part of my work process. What do you dislike about Qwilr?

I think the 'ACCEPT' function in Qwilr can be confusing at times for the person signing - they're used to seeing a Signature Block, but I think this might be a design choice that proved to be more effective. Dealhub is such a disaster I used it for 10 years - I feel like I'm driving a brand new car every time I make a Qwilr - it doesn't suck the life out of me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
