**What do you like best about Qwilr?**

I've tried several services to produce my client proposals over the years. They all did a reasonable job, but they all had some issues which eventually prompted me to move away from them.

Qwilr does a great job. It's easy to use, produces great-looking proposal documents, integrates with HubSpot and provides a digital record that the client has accepted. Best of all, unlike the rest that I've used, the PDFs that it produces look brilliant too.

I now use Qwilr for all of my proposals and on the rare occasions where I've had to deal with customer support they've been helpful.

**What do you dislike about Qwilr?**

As with all software, there are things that don't work the way I'd like them to. But there's nothing bad enough for me to look elsewhere. The two biggest things for me are:
  - The pricing tables allow optional items, but don't allow for 'pick one from these x options'. Not a show stopper, but it would be helpful.
  - The user-defined templates are very helpful, but the main screen shows a list of the templates and you have to click a template to see all of the proposals beneath it. I'd prefer to see a straight list of proposals with an indication of which template it was created with. The main problem is that if I need to make changes to a template, I have to clone it, and then new proposals live under that new one. So I could end up with multiple versions of a very similar template and have to remember which proposal was created with which template.

**What problems is Qwilr solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Qwilr allows me to create professional looking proposal documents, relatively quickly. One of my solutions is a standard package, so I can create a proposal document for that in a very short time.
Having a great looking proposal is helping me win more business and the digital signature ensures that I have a firm, legally binding commitment from my clients.

**What do you like best about Qwilr?**

The minimal amount of work I have to do to build out the best looking proposals. The e-sign component is also good.

**What do you dislike about Qwilr?**

The fonts: Not bein able to control the spacing beteen lines and the color is all-in-one in some blocks. The downloaded version doesnt represent the proposlal well at all.

It encourages my leads to read the entire proposal. Eassily accessible by having its own hyperlink. Ability to update errors even after i sent it out

**What do you like best about Qwilr?**

I like Qwilr's templates and presentation for beauty and oomph. Proposals are easy to create and easy for leads to digest and accept. I believe they elevate our brand and speed time to close deals.

**What do you dislike about Qwilr?**

The backgrounds are lovely but finding ones that enable readable text can be difficult (wish images had configurable text boxes with lighter background). Also the font sizes are limited: small, medium, large. Finally it can be difficult to collaborate as one user must be out of a section before another can access it.

**What problems is Qwilr solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Qwilr gives us a proposal template system, cutting down on proposal creation time and offering an attractive result.

**What do you like best about Qwilr?**

It makes all of our proposals look incredible!

**What do you dislike about Qwilr?**

Not as much customisability for bespoke engineering companies where each proposal requires some tailoring, particularly around pricing presentation. Additionally, it is a bit buggy trying to rename sections of the proposals when tracking user interactions.

It makes doing proposals easy whilst looking UNBELIEVABLE. I love the feature of adding youtube videos to the header.

**What do you like best about Qwilr?**

Qwilr allows us to simplify our fee proposal process, our clients can access them online anytime and to accept the proposal is super simple.

Graphically the presentation of the fee proposal is a lot more exciting than a PDF file, and we can edit/amend it to include additional information after the fee proposal has been sent out.

**What do you dislike about Qwilr?**

The integration between Qwilr and our accounting software Quickbooks can be made more seamless.

**What problems is Qwilr solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Qwilr lets us edit the fee proposal on the run and allows an opportunity to present our company profile.

**What do you like best about Qwilr?**

Qwilr pages are beautiful & simple, and they set us apart from the competition. They are much easier to edit than other proposal services out there -- meaning we can send more quotes in a shorter period of time. The side-by-side pricing tables allow us to sell tiered services which help the bottom line. Customer support is always quick and helpful. Works great with HubSpot.

I wish Qwilr add the ability to incorporate discount codes at checkout.

Qwilr delivers a hyper experiential proposal to the end client. It represents our brand perfectly.

**What do you dislike about Qwilr?**

It has a few clunky UI bits when it comes to front end file organization. Our company makes a unique experience for every client, which I gather is not typical for most users.

I love how visually appealing Qwilr is in regards to the proposals we send our clients. We've had really positive feedback, even from people very high up at Apple.

**What do you dislike about Qwilr?**

Sometimes the user interface is hard to use and my mouse has to be accurate to use a feature in the editor.

**What do you like best about Qwilr?**

We're a technology services company spends a lot of time telling a story about partnership. It's the common thread from the first time a business interacts with our brand online and it's there when we sit down for the closing sale meeting. Qwilr allows us to continue that story through to the agreement, and we find a lot of value in that.

**What do you dislike about Qwilr?**

I wouldn't say I like how there are some feature limitations to the product. We're very particular about branding, and most of the branding features we'd like access to are hidden behind the enterprise license. This license simply doesn't make sense for our stage of growth.

**What problems is Qwilr solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We're solving the problem of dead quotes that lose momentum with Qwilr. We leverage the ability to see times quotes have been viewed quite a bit. It allows us to determine if another touch point is in order with our customers.

Consistent appearance of the documents we create with Qwilr means that our proposals always look good and feel like us. The extensive library functions make it possible to reuse content easily and save time.

**What do you dislike about Qwilr?**

I believe having no API access on any plan except Enterprise is a bit stingy. This is definitely lagging behind competitors. There's no reason we should be prevented from automations the API can enable. We pay a lot for this tool, monthly, compared to other tools. It should come with API access.

Qwilr is really easy for our team to use-- we store templates that we customize for new projects, it is easy for multiple team members to work jointly to edit and refine the proposals together, and our customers love the way the proposals look and feel!

**What do you dislike about Qwilr?**

I wish Qwilr had the ability to add new features and increase the scope of work from the original proposal after it was approved. I'd like to be able to track the original scope vs. added scope over the project's lifetime-- potentially with a change order feature that allowed us to send the client new requests, overages, or their requests for new features and the client could approve these additions to the scope and we'd be able to track the updated scope in the same project thread.

We primarily use Qwilr to present our proposals and retainers to clients. We like the ability to customize the design and present the proposal in a more clear and interesting way than a PDF or Google Doc. We like that clients can accept the proposal right in Qwilr.

The support on hand is excellent and the site is constantly evolving and updating in response to user feedback. We can't recommend Qwilr enough. Sometimes the interface is a little clunky and restrictive with things you might like to do. This is a minimal frustration though (compared to the positives) and the team is constantly working to improve the user experience.

Easiest proposal-making program out there! 

I'm not a designer, so this program enables me to create professional and easy to read client proposals. I no longer have to involve my designers so I'm saving so much time.

Best of all, it's really easy for clients to 'accept' our services by clicking on the menu. I love that I get notified that someone has opened the document and I know what pages they spent their time ready.

**What do you like best about Qwilr?**

I love how easy it is to create an interactive, immersive, and fast-loading proposal page that is geared and aimed at maximising conversions. The Qwilr experience feels good both on the end-user and operator side. I compared this to other competitors THOROUGHLY and Qwilr is far ahead of the game, giving me the ability to make a wholly-online proposal process that IS NOT a glorified PDF.

**What do you dislike about Qwilr?**

It is a little more expensive than its competitors, but fairly so given the quality and ease of the platform. It would be great if API access was not limited to just the enterprise plan - that is REALLY expensive and not conducive for a sole trader such as myself. A few key automation are unavailable to me because of this. WHile it's easy to perceive as "first-world problems" for the price I'm paying I'd be happy to pay slightly extra for a single use API annually that allows me to take advantage of CRM integration with Salesmate.

Above anything else, Qwilr makes my sales and proposal process incredibly easy, quick, and vastly more visually appealing than my competitors. It helps to put my best attributes and service offerings upfront in an easy-to-read format that is also environmentally friendly.

Proposals used to take our team numerous days, if not weeks to complete. Qwilr has allowed our company to transform that process down into hours and sometimes minutes. Once we understood the flexibility of how we can use Qwilr, we went beyond using it for just proposals. Now we use it for NDA's and other agreements, presentations, capabilities and services decks, and even for internal HR documents and training. It has changed the way we do business.

The only thing we dislike is the lack of a table contents feature that can be embedded into the page itself. There is a burger menu available for navigation, but we've been told countless times by recipients that it's not apparent, and even when used, not that helpful.

Qwilr is quick and easy to use and integrates seamlessly with the tools our company uses (Hubspot and Stripe). We've had so many compliments from clients on the look and feel of our proposals and we've seen a significant increase in our close rate!

It's hard to put a dislike on a tool that is so incredibly built! However, if I was forced to leave a "dislike".. it would be the bare-bones design (not many font choices, layouts, etc to choose from).

**What do you like best about Qwilr?**

Love the integration capabilities and the beautiful templates. I like the ability to use within HubSpot without leaving the HubSpot interface. The blocks are very intuitive and the block library makes building new proposal templates incredibly simple. There are tons of other things I love - including the payment integration and customization abilities. I could write a page on all the things I enjoy.

**What do you dislike about Qwilr?**

There are a couple of features I would like to see added to Qwilr. Number one is reporting and dashboard functionality. The main way our company uses Qwilr is through the HubSpot integration, thus through Blueprints. With the current homepage/dashboard you must click into each Blueprint template to see what or how many have been accepted. It would be helpful to be able to customize what you can see on the dashboard or at the very least see how many proposals have been accepted of a Blueprint. The second thing is more of a navigation issue. It would be nice to have a separate tab for templates for editing. Instead of going through the create new proposal button which adds several unnecessary steps. It would also be nice to be able to archive unused templates even if they can't be deleted, so they don't show up for our team and confuse people. I wish you could lock specific blocks that can only be edited by admins and leave others open for the sales team to edit.

**What do you like best about Qwilr?**

Still love the visuals and interactive feel to it and super quick to use and produce, we can drop in anything we need!

**What do you dislike about Qwilr?**

That it doesn't have the option to transfer to word and when a client asks for a PDF copy, it doesn't look as seamless, possibly because of the amount of content in each different block. It would be great if excel sheets could be added in as well as we are using QWILR for larger value bids and at present we have to send costing proposal breakdown as a separate sheet rather than within the whole document.

Its a simple system to use that produces high-quality magazine-style proposals, why wouldn't you want to use it?

**What problems is Qwilr solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Providing high-quality proposals without having to use Indesign or another similar application. Far easier to use and makes our turnaround time much quicker for lower value proposals which frees time up for more time consuming tenders.

**What do you like best about Qwilr?**

I've been using Qwilr for a little over a year now. I love the integration to my CRM (Hubspot), because it makes it easier to manage all of the different opportunities that I work on a daily basis. The analytics make such a difference too.

**What do you dislike about Qwilr?**

I feel like the analytics could use a little more, and I'd love to be able to allow customers to select from options within a quote block. Really, though, it does what I need.

**What problems is Qwilr solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It makes my proposal process so much quicker than it was before. I used to create powerpoints for every proposal I presented and it was a pain. This is both more professional and way quicker.

**What do you like best about Qwilr?**

-contracts accessible from anywhere with URL
-clean-looking templates
-e-signature
-pricing models are easy to use, having the block features to add/change makes it very easy to switch out pricing
the new feature of the number of days something is "live" is wonderful, then it is not accessible. We use a 60-day time limit which will be helpful.
-We do use negative pricing models for change orders which Qwilr does work great for, others do not allow you to do negative numbers.

**What do you dislike about Qwilr?**

-There is a formatting issue with the "bubble" pricing model, when you make the price over $1k the zeros go to the second line which is unusable for us. Also, if you have more than I think 4 block per row, formatting issues arise.
-We have pretty long proposals with lots of info, wish we could tighten the spacing in between blocks to shorten the page.
-We would love to add photos next to items in our pricing.
-The font sizing and type is not super easy to use, wish it was more simple like excel/google docs to change.
-We have the slack integration, it's great to get the notification when something has signed, but when we click the link, it just takes you to the general Qwilr dashboard instead of the exact proposal that was signed.

**What problems is Qwilr solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We depend on Qwilr for all of our proposals and contracts. This system creates a quick and easy way for our sales team to send a quote. We like the integration to QuickBooks for accounting and the slack integration to alert us when something has been signed. Qwilr makes everything easy to use and to view for all of our different teams using the product.

**What do you like best about Qwilr?**

I've had clients pick us over our competitors simply because our proposals look great. It's visually stunning, easy to set up and systematize and our clients love the control they have in the quoting process (selecting quantities, package options, some entire sections, etc.). We do a lot of video production, so being able to include examples of our previous work when preparing pitches is great.

**What do you dislike about Qwilr?**

Would love to be able to save client lists, or import client data from our accounting software (like Xero) so that the integration with our accounting back-end is more seamless. Same goes for the 'saved line items' - would like to be able to access and edit them from the dashboard. Also, the way in which it sends data to Zapier doesn't enable me to generate invoices in my project management software (Avaza) - the fields aren't able to populate correctly.

**What problems is Qwilr solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's so easy to quickly build and send out stunning proposals, and to empower my team to do the same. It's almost impossible to build a 'bad' proposal when using Qwilr. My sales team can literally send out our productized offerings with two clicks - nothing more needed.

**What do you like best about Qwilr?**

Qwilr allows us to quickly personalise our information to every prospect and client. We have been using Qwilr for over a year from a prospecting perspective, and I have found the speed and ease of the system has increased the number of proposals I can get to market. Also, the analytics behind the system is extremely helpful for me to understand what a prospect has read and has not read within the presentation/proposal.

**What do you dislike about Qwilr?**

It can take some time to build your initial templates and 'blocks'. This needs a creative eye to ensure the formatting is correct. Saying that, once the templates are in the system it allows us to quickly create bespoked documents.

**What problems is Qwilr solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Speed of proposal; understanding/analytics around what the prospect has read, what has been skimmed over, and what has been missed. Often pricing seems to be read first, which has given me the chance to mention this at the beginning of the proposal!

The most helpful function of Qwilr is that it helps to communicate culture, intention, values, and vision in a concise, easy to access format that feel tailored to the end user.

There is no undo button! This absolutely terrifies me. I would like to see an "undo" function added because one wrong click can erase what could have taken hours to create.

**What do you like best about Qwilr?**

The pages are beautiful. They make us look professional and set us apart from our competition. More customers are online, whether mobile or desktop and Qwilr lets us meet them where they are.

**What do you dislike about Qwilr?**

I wish when I make an edit to a saved block, there was an option to apply the change to all templates with that block. e.g. I found a typo in the footer of a page that has 10 different templates saved and had to manually edit each one.

**What problems is Qwilr solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Allows us to give our customers an interactive and in-depth quote for our product. We can customize the page with all the info we need. We can add financing pricing to our quotes and an online application link. With everything on one page, we have won more jobs.

I like how easy it is for me to create, track and submit proposals through the Hubspot Integration

**What do you dislike about Qwilr?**

It does lack some basic reporting. I would like to see some automated settings added to remind the prospect via text/email to review the proposal and also the ability to set a proposal expiration date.

**What problems is Qwilr solving and how is that benefiting you?**

If I need to update a proposal, I don't have to start from scratch. Templates give me the flexibility to change the price block to the customer's needs. Drag and drop price blocks make it easy. Hubspot integration links the proposal to the Hubspot deal.
