SO it's a showcase piece of sorts. People like the way it looks, there just isnt enough types of blocks to get everything we ideally would need into it. Qwilr also has a good integration with Salesforce (other CRM options also available), which lets you pull any Salesforce field into the contract, so it does not need to be done manually. Qwilr docs are also raised directly in the CRM, making the process so much simpler. Accepted docs then flow back to Salesforce. This is great to build automation around the last sales stages. **What do you dislike about Qwilr?** Some minor issues need to be ironed out. For instance, recently created custom fields in the CRM do not appear automatically in Qwilr, the CRM connection needs to be refreshed by someone at Qwilr for this to happen. It will be helpful if at least this manual refresh could be done by admins. Another feature that will come in very handy is the ability to send data back to Salesforce from an accepted document (besides the document status). Info can be requested from the signing party on acceptance of the doc, but that data does not flow back to the CRM that started the process. **What problems is Qwilr solving and how is that benefiting you?** As described above, it automates the last stages of the sales process and saves our reps a lot of time while giving our contracts a very snazzy look. ### 31. Well branded, innovative, and easy to edit when it's a live link. Well received by prospects. **What do you dislike about Qwilr?** There are limited design capabilities and the interface isn't the easiest to use. If you need something that can be customized in many ways, this may not be the option for you and your business. **Recommendations to others considering Qwilr:** If your needs are rather basic, and you are syncing the platform with other services, then Qwilr makes proposals, tracking, and other elements of the business much easier to use. **What problems is Qwilr solving and how is that benefiting you?** We used to use DocuSign, which was quite archaic. Qwilr is much easier to edit, and the link is automatically updated. You can also sync any "views" to a Slack channel to see when a prospect opens or accepts the proposal. We have also been able to incorporate Stripe payments for one-time projects, so the funds are immediately gathered, and no finance/billing invoice is required. ### 35. In construction, the proposal is changing on the job by job basis, and not every submission is identical to another. Sometimes it isn't easy to get the point across.
