I just wrote into support because something unexpected happened and the customer support responded quickly and it was the best response I've ever received from technical customer support. I forwarded it to my support team with a breakdown and we'll be implementing this approach. **What do you dislike about Qwilr?** I wish I could have my clients pay with ACH through the Stripe integration. They all did a reasonable job, but they all had some issues which eventually prompted me to move away from them. Qwilr does a great job. It's easy to use, produces great-looking proposal documents, integrates with HubSpot and provides a digital record that the client has accepted. Best of all, unlike the rest that I've used, the PDFs that it produces look brilliant too. I now use Qwilr for all of my proposals and on the rare occasions where I've had to deal with customer support they've been helpful. **What do you dislike about Qwilr?** As with all software, there are things that don't work the way I'd like them to. But there's nothing bad enough for me to look elsewhere. The two biggest things for me are: - The pricing tables allow optional items, but don't allow for 'pick one from these x options'. Not a show stopper, but it would be helpful. - The user-defined templates are very helpful, but the main screen shows a list of the templates and you have to click a template to see all of the proposals beneath it. I'd prefer to see a straight list of proposals with an indication of which template it was created with. The main problem is that if I need to make changes to a template, I have to clone it, and then new proposals live under that new one. So I could end up with multiple versions of a very similar template and have to remember which proposal was created with which template. **What problems is Qwilr solving and how is that benefiting you?** Qwilr allows me to create professional looking proposal documents, relatively quickly. One of my solutions is a standard package, so I can create a proposal document for that in a very short time. Having a great looking propsal is helping me win more business and the digital signature ensures that I have a firm, legally binding committment from my clients. ### 33.
