I also appreciate the feature that allows you to select your price, which is nice because we have multiple packages, so the customer can choose the right fit. The setup was pretty easy because it's intuitive, and there are nice guidelines. **What do you dislike about Qwilr?** The fact that it costs a lot to add another account. **What problems is Qwilr solving and how is that benefiting you?** Qwilr solves the issue of constantly changing document formats with easily alterable templates. I also like that you can integrate animated video in the headers and resize blocks to meet the experience I want to provide in the proposal or contract. **What do you dislike about Qwilr?** I think the formatting needs improved. There needs to be more resizing options. More flexibility with moving image and text blocks around. It is clunky when I try to move blocks. Also, having more color options; more fonts; more flexibility integrated like Word. Things that should take less time take a lot more time because formatting is not as easy as it should be. Sometimes it takes forever to add text within a section and put it exactly where I want it. That should be easy. The flexibility for further customisations in terms of placement of text and alignment would be great. Additionally, it would be useful to have a block that nicely places social links to our brand **What problems is Qwilr solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our consultants need to send proposals out to clients, but it's very new to most of them. So, I needed a tool that reduces friction in the process. Using the Pipedrive <> Qwilr integration and template creation, this has made it easier. I like the ability to use within HubSpot without leaving the HubSpot interface. The blocks are very intuitive and the block library makes building new proposal templates incredibly simple. There are tons of other things I love - including the payment integration and customization abilities. I could write a page on all the things I enjoy. **What do you dislike about Qwilr?** There are a couple of features I would like to see added to Qwilr. Number one is reporting and dashboard functionality. The main way our company uses Qwilr is through the HubSpot integration, thus through Blueprints. With the current homepage/dashboard you must click into each Blueprint template to see what or how many have been accepted. It would be helpful to be able to customize what you can see on the dashboard or at the very least see how many proposals have been accepted of a Blueprint. The second thing is more of a navigation issue. It would be nice to have a separate tab for templates for editing. Instead of going through the create new proposal button which adds several unnecessary steps. It would also be nice to be able to archive unused templates even if they can't be deleted, so they don't show up for our team and confuse people. And the templating feature. I also like the e-signatures, the PDF download feature, and the ability to make items optional in each block which allows us to create upsells. The rich media and custom branding are also a must for us; without those features, we wouldn't have adopted the tool. The ability to send the quotes to customers directly from the tool and track when the document was opened and read is also a significant advantage. We can also easily search quotes and create folders for customers, and group quotes within those folders. **What do you dislike about Qwilr?** You can view the total cost, but you cannot view the total number of hours. With Excel, we were cutting and pasting between multiple sheets and embedding Excel snippets on word documents which are not ideal at all. We also didn't have a clean way to provide options in our quote that, when clicked on, would adjust the total price automatically. So we couldn't create upsells in our quotes.
