I like how UniFi introduces enterprise features into a small business product at a comfortable cost with minimal effort to install. Installation is a breeze, almost like a plug-and-play device, which is incredibly important for busy IT managers like me. Once introduced to the network over POE, it shows up on the controller in less than five minutes, making the setup straightforward. It’s also simple as a consumer product, just download the controller, follow the initial setup, and manually configure the WiFi. I appreciate its ease and reliability. I have had some delays in dealing with technical support with Ubiquiti, but that is the trade-off for the price savings and ease-of-use of their products, I would assume. In my experience, a ticket I opened took a few days for a response and by that time we had figured out the solution ourselves. This was related to their 16 port PoE switches.
