
Product Fruits has been a great fit for us because we needed a reliable place to host our help center while also giving users instant support inside the product. The help center is easy to manage, looks clean, and makes it simple for customers to find answers without waiting for our team. On top of that, features like guided tours and AI-powered assistance help users solve problems faster and reduce repetitive support tickets.
What really stands out, though, is their customer support team, they reply quickly, are highly knowledgeable, and genuinely want to help you succeed. I’ve been on several calls with them, and every interaction has been practical, fast, and helpful. It’s rare to find software with both a strong product and a support team that good. Not much to dislike, to be honest. They continue to release many new features and improvements, which is a positive, but it also means you need to make time to keep up and learn everything that’s new. Since I’m based in Australia, scheduling support calls can sometimes be a little challenging because of the time zone difference. Other than that, the overall experience has been very positive.
