What do you like best about Product Fruits?

I appreciate the autonomy it gives the product team. I can create tooltips, checklists, communicate product changes or new products directly through the interface, with highly flexible segmentation rules and without depends on dev team and deploys. It give us speed. And this enable us to test activation hypoteses efficiently, deliver contextual communication about plataform changes and helps analyze engagement and iterate rapidly. What do you dislike about Product Fruits?

The visual customization is still limited. In some cases, its some cases, its hard to fully aling with our design system and maintain visual consistency. What do you like best about Product Fruits?

Easy to setup, lots of flexibility out of the box, seems to handle responsiveness reasonably well (i.e. hotspot location moving with screen resizing). The segmentation looks fairly good, particularly with the ability to push/pull data from Hubspot. Also happy with integration into Heap. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Product Fruits?

Not WCAG AA compliant, MAU based pricing means that it will fluctuate and will increase over time. We have an issue with other products and how they track MAU users so for us there is a chance we could be overcharged if not setup accurately. We use it for product tours, onboarding flows, in-app notifications, newsfeed, and a knowledge base, and we were surprised by some great extras like collecting customer feedback right in the app and the AI chat. Getting started was quick and straightforward, and now our customer success and product teams can easily update things on their own without needing engineering. What do you like best about Product Fruits?

Product Fruits has been an incredible tool during our onboarding MVP at Positrace, especially for our VSB and SMB customer segments. It has significantly improved onboarding efficiency through intuitive walkthroughs, tooltips, checklists, and custom flows—reducing support team involvement while empowering users to onboard independently.

The ease of integration with HubSpot was a major plus, enabling us to personalize user experiences using CRM data seamlessly. Implementation was quick and straightforward, with minimal technical overhead. We plan to use it daily to manage and monitor onboarding flows, and the ease of use makes it simple for both technical and non-technical team members to make updates.

What do you like best about Product Fruits?

What I really like about Product Fruits is how easy it makes onboarding and guiding users through a product.

The interface is clean and intuitive, and creating walkthroughs, tooltips, and announcements doesn’t require any coding,

which is a big time-saver. I also appreciate how flexible the platform is you can customise pretty much everything to match your branding. Plus, the analytics give useful insights into how users are interacting with the onboarding flows, so it's easier to optimise things over time.

What do you dislike about Product Fruits?

While Product Fruits is a great tool overall, there are a few areas that could use improvement. The UI, while generally intuitive, can feel a bit clunky in certain places especially when managing multiple walkthroughs or updating existing ones. Sometimes the editor lags or doesn’t behave as expected, which can be frustrating when you're in the middle of making changes. Also, the pricing can feel a little steep for smaller teams or startups, especially if you want access to the more advanced features.
