What do you like best about Product Fruits?

Product Fruits is a great tool for getting to know new software applications. We used it for a very large and complex ERP system and are thrilled with the diverse possibilities it offers. Since our system consists of many separate project instances, is multilingual, and is used by different user groups, it was very important for us to keep the effort for creating and maintaining the content as low as possible and to avoid multi-level structures. This has been extremely successful with Product Fruits. The tool is designed to be very simple, intuitive, and user-friendly. The multilingual feature is particularly well implemented, allowing you to create all language variants in the same tour without having to create separate tours. The linking options for tours are also very helpful. There is an option to export the content and import it in another language, which can greatly reduce the effort. The support is fantastic and you get help in a very short time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Product Fruits?

- Unfortunately, in the export/import Excel document, the text is not contained as raw text but between CSS tags. This retains the style, but it makes it difficult for the translation process to extract, translate, and reinsert the texts in the correct place. This could be optimized so that the CSS is preserved but not displayed in Excel.

- Templates could enormously speed up the work process, allowing the style to be set once and the desired template for the different boxes to be selected. We have circumvented the problem with the duplicate function. However, this could be solved more elegantly.

- It would be great if one could easily call up a table of contents (a kind of collection) of all tours, articles, links, etc., and compile only theme-relevant content into a theme info point. This way, thematic content collections could be easily created for a better learning path.

- Buttons can be used with URLs for cross-linking, which is great, but unfortunately, the URLs cannot be set dynamically, which is a pity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Product Fruits?

Product Fruits has become our secret weapon at Footballmatcher.com for boosting activation rates, reducing churn, and ultimately increasing our revenue.

As a scrappy startup without a UX designer, I used to have to jump on a video call with every new customer to walk them through the product. But since implementing Product Fruits, the user checklists, interactive tours, and user docs have taken over that role, providing seamless onboarding and guidance.

Setting everything up was incredibly quick—we had it all running in an afternoon. The platform is intuitive and easy to use, making the onboarding process smooth for both us and our users.

Of course, like most no-code tools, there are some limitations. However, the JS API functionality allowed us to build an advanced tour that seamlessly hooks into our codebase, giving us the flexibility we needed.

What do you dislike about Product Fruits?

Small niggles:

- Ability to explore which users have completed/not completed the check lists on the analytics page.

What do you like best about Product Fruits?

Best one is that we dont rely on developers to communicate with users.

It is a great tool to set up simple onboarding flows, add pop-ups, or analyse basic user behaviour.

Product Fruits includes all digital adoption platform features that are necessary to get started with creating a great digital onboarding experience for your users. They reply super fast to all inquiries and usually the faults are on our end. Overall a great product with great value proposition based in EUROPE. Working in an industry where data secrecy is key this is absolutely essential.

Also they have introduced a series of new features in recent months that essentially put them on par with other providers - at a fraction of the cost. Great place to start. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Product Fruits?

There is still some room in the analytics department of the tours but it looks like they are working on them. A key missing feature is a retention table - e.g. tracking user usage of our platform in the first 30 days, perhaps even linked with their custom event tracking. This would be a game-changer. What do you like best about Product Fruits?

The easy implementation was a huge plus for us. Even though we have a pretty complex setup, Product Fruits handles tricky use cases surprisingly well. Big shoutout to the support team—they’ve been super helpful! Integrating it with our many custom structures using their API and SDKs was surprisingly easy—even though we needed a little help from support, they made the process smooth. There are tons of features, but for us, the tour, hints, and onboarding checklist were more than enough. Everything works smoothly and fits our needs perfectly. What do you dislike about Product Fruits?

The admin panel is technically useful, but with so many features, it can be a bit hard to navigate and manage at times. Also, the default look of the tools (like tours, popups, etc.) doesn’t feel very business-oriented, and customizing them can be a bit tricky. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
