What do you like best about Product Fruits?

Product Fruits helps us bring content like manual entries, tours, hints, or info banners directly into our software – all without significant/own development effort. I particularly appreciate how quickly and easily we can work with the tool. Especially for short-term adjustments or new features, it is super practical to quickly create a tour or a hint - or also when we notice that questions are piling up in support. We also regularly use the feedback or survey function to stay in contact with our users. I haven't had any major problems so far, but for small inquiries, the support from PF has always responded promptly and helpfully. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Product Fruits?

I think when analyzing what the users use (for example, whether hints and tours are clicked on, etc.), it could be helpful to have comparison values or analysis aids. Sometimes it is also a bit tedious to get an overview because you have to click through the hints individually, for example, and there is no overview of top/flop hints in period X. Product Fruits has been a game-changer for us. It's easy to use, allowing us to create onboarding tours effortlessly. We use it daily to roll out new tours and monitor their performance, thanks to its valuable statistics. The customization options are impressive: we can design elements with custom CSS, seamlessly integrating them into our product's UI for a consistent user experience. Product Fruits also provides a new channel to connect with our customers directly through alerts, onboarding tours, and hints. It fosters engagement and loyalty. What's particularly great is the ability to make quick adjustments, facilitating experimentation and constant improvement. Overall, it's a valuable tool for enhancing our user onboarding process. What do you dislike about Product Fruits?

When it comes to Product Fruits, there isn't much to dislike. However, if we were to point out areas for improvement, a few things come to mind.

Firstly, it would be fantastic to have the option to create individualized icons for hints. Currently, the customization options are impressive, but having the ability to design unique icons for hints would allow for even more personalized and brand-specific onboarding experiences. Secondly, while the product excels in customization, it doesn't seem possible to customize the screen size for when tours are displayed on mobile devices. Having customizable segments for screen sizes would be a valuable addition. This feature would ensure that the tours are displayed optimally across various mobile devices, enhancing the user experience on smaller screens.

Product Fruits is incredibly intuitive and very easy to integrate help content into our platform. We use it for our external help pages (help.flows.world) as well as in our Flows builder, where users can access guides via the life ring. What do you like best about Product Fruits?

No programming needed, you can quickly create and edit hints and tours for your software solution. Save your developers some time and do the user guidance yourself. What do you like best about Product Fruits?

For now, I have only used the product for one purpose; I created a waitlist for the launch of a product that we are going to start selling. We uploaded an image using surveys and captured the customers who were interested. Besides this, we also took the opportunity to ask other questions we had, and the system was better than we expected. We used to use other competitors for this type of initiative before, but now we are going to concentrate everything we can do on Product Fruits because we like it much more than the others (famous and expensive). What do you like best about Product Fruits?

Product fruits is a great tool that is suitable for onboarding clients or employees.

With this tool, onboarding tours can be created quite easily. We use them for our external partners - brokers - in our application. The advantage is that we can also guide people who do not use it often through the application.

We also have onboarding tours for our own employees, which are designed so that there is no physical training, but people go through the system and learn on their own in the application. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
