What do you like best about Product Fruits?

Easy to quickly add and update new hints and tours at any time without having to involve our team. It's also great for adding in-app announcements which are more visible than email newsletters.

The support team are really helpful and responsive whenever we've had any questions.

Customers like the tours when they've used them. It's easy to customise the look and feel and I feel they are very flexible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Product Fruits?

It would be great to have a limited number of surveys on the Core plan (just because that would be helpful for not needing to upgrade just for that feature).

There are some great reports. It would be good if these could be exported as a whole instead of viewed one by one for a quicker overview. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The amount of options you have to implement a good onboarding system to your app. It is easy to learn how to use it. The people from support is always helping solving problems you might have. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Product Fruits?

It could have more visible features like having an invisible hint. It should be possible to hover a button and get the hint card instead of the need to have a hint icon there. What do you like best about Product Fruits?

I am more comfortable in French, so I will write this review in French (feel free, dear reader, to use a translator!). I am delighted with my experience with Product Fruits because it is a well-developed solution. Its immense strength is the support service. The employees (Michal, Briana, Rob - I hope I'm not forgetting anyone) provide perfect assistance: they respond in a few minutes (or even seconds), really take the time to look, explain, and help. They have done great work planning, designing and developing a complete system for digital onboarding, customer support, product knowledgebase (both customer-facing and internal) and lots of other great features. Easy to use, amazing customer support that reponds quickly and with knowledge on live-chat, great and easy to set up integrations and implementation. The best is the versatility of ProductFruits which can help you to cover all customer onboarding features while using just one tool, from tours, announcement, support button, hints to NPS etc. Implementation is also very easy and once done, you dont need much support from developers.
