PPC Samurai saves a LOT of hours by automating tedious/repetitive/data handling tasks and the ability to set up alerts is vital for being notified if something goes amiss. It allows creating custom-made automated processes that match detailed and specific business requirements, and it does not require programming per se, but instead a flow chart like process design.
Most other external automation tools have set processes, that are a one-size-fits-all and not exactly adaptable to real business needs. They implement assumed logics, which are best practice for the tool developer, but in my opinion, they are not flexible enough and are no benefit from doing it manually.
