I love being able to view all of my accounts on one page. I also love geo and time / hour reporting and actions. Being able to execute location and time and hour changes directly in optmyzer, saves us hours of time. The shopping campaign editor is amazing. Being able to get so granular with the specifics of each shopping campaign takes so much stress out of the work. **What do you dislike about Optmyzr?** I'm not a huge fan of the default time setting in the dashboard. From what I can find in the settings, I can not currently change the timeframe of the accounts when I login. I have also set bids caps and alerts for accounts that did not seem to activate properly, causing account overspend. **Recommendations to others considering Optmyzr:** If you are an agency that has an MCC, Optmyzr is a powerful platform that save you hundreds of hours a year. The ability to see not only the high level but all the way down to the keyword level of every campaign is extremely beneficial. **What problems is Optmyzr solving and how is that benefiting you?** I am solving time by not having to login to each individual ad account. The in-program reporting is fantastic and clearly shows each of our clients how their campaigns and accounts are doing each month. There are lots of tools that can do some of what Optmyzr does, but this is the one you want -- it is more advanced, and generally just does more. I love the PPC Investigator tool that includes a root cause analysis to help you figure out exactly why that account that was running great, stopped running great. **What do you dislike about Optmyzr?** This is a complex tool that takes time to get to know. Some of the tools are very straightforward and easy to use, but others you really have to take time to understand. Luckily, there's great help with videos showing you how. The other thing I would add is that there are so many aspects to the tool, it can be a bit overwhelming. **Recommendations to others considering Optmyzr:** Try the free trial...you don't even need a credit card. They don't seem to be the kind of company that will hound you after the trial is over. The first time I heard about Optmyzr, I requested a demo, and ended up spending several hours on the phone with Frederick Valleys discussing our needs, processes and methodologies. Optmyzr has been consistently improving since I first started it, the Support team is truly amazing and always keen on taking into account new requests, most of which end up in new features several weeks or months later. **What do you dislike about Optmyzr?** I dislike the fact that Optmyzr cannot yet handle other channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, programmatic platforms...) the way it handles campaigns for Google and Bing. Thus Workouts make it simple to customise the tool to the systems and processes you have developed in your organization and work through the tool to generate great PPC results. The upside of using Optmyzr is it saves you tremendous amounts of time - we freed-up manpower that was involved in generating insights based on campaign data. Scripts are another great way to achieve significant results with least efforts - there is a learning curve here though. **What do you dislike about Optmyzr?** The UI can be more pleasing at times - but full marks to the effectiveness and efficiency of the tool. Some of the other tools are offering social ads as well on their platforms - no news if Optmyzr is going to add Facebook + Instagram Ads on to the platform if not LinkedIn & others.
