I like how user-friendly it is for both employees and employers. On the employee side, it keeps everything organized so employees can easily go into their profile to change or update their information, or look up their pay records. On the employer side, onboarding is very easy to manage and update, and adding new information is straightforward, which makes the overall process much quicker. Doing payroll is also very easy as it automatically calculates their timecards and puts it into payroll making sure we are compliant and hours are calculated correctly. Paycom allows myself and other employees to track our hours, leave time, and estimated pay in real time. It is helpful when planning for time off and bills. The app for mobile has shortcuts to quickly enter time and approve checks. For managers, we can use the app to quickly adjust timecards for our employees. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Paycom is more intuitive than other apps I have used, but it would be helpful to have a printable (PDF) handout to share with employees during onboarding versus watching videos. Talking to other people directly when needing help, they are easily accessible via email & phone, and not having long wait times on a general customer service line to get an answer when something is urgent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The GL implementation process was sold as much easier than the actual use of it. It's an ongoing issue I am going to work on getting fixed so that it is quicker to do each month. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Paycom is easy to use and takes away the frustrations that we employee's tend to feel when we need to make changes or updates. I can go see how much leave I have, refresh my memory on the hours I've completed and fix my own tax percentages based on my own needs all without having to schedule a meeting with our HR department. My specialist is always there to help me, which is huge. Payroll processing is streamlined, clean, and simplified. Performance Action Plans allow me to seamlessly make changes regarding employee's status, pay rate, etc. with ease. The way in which each section speaks to the others. I don't have to update the same information in more than one location. The app is incredibly user friendly. I love the customization of access. Due the ability to customize everything, some of it can feel like a lot at times. An example being how Position Seats work. It would be nice to just put everyone in a certain location into one position "group" versus the seat. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

If the agent does not agree to a coaching, then it just sits there. Forever, and even after they've come out of my bucket and moved on to their manager if they didn't agree to that. Coaching, I can't approve it and dissolve it. So it just sits there forever and reminds me day after day that there's a coaching. I love the fact that Paycom is so easy to navigate - from viewing my clock in and clock out times and total hours worked (which I use daily,) my ability to approve my pay check, benefit enrollment, just to name a few along with my being able to communicate directly with HR makes the Paycom platform/app a true gem!
