# Which CLM platforms are best for mid-market organizations that need real-time visibility into contract status across the team?

Hey G2 community, I'm researching which CLM platforms are best for mid-market organizations that need real-time visibility into contract status across the team. I was searching for tools that help figure out what's in draft, what's waiting on approval, what's about to renew, and who owns what.

From the Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) category for mid-market platforms, here are the tools teams rely on for shared, up-to-date status updates rather than status-update meetings.

LinkSquares centralizes agreements with searchable terms and dashboards that surface obligations and renewals, giving a mid-market team a shared, current picture of the portfolio, and legal can maintain the views itself. It's strongest post-signature, so pair that with your in-flight tracking needs.

SpotDraft provides status tracking that shows exactly where each contract sits in intake, review, and signing, so the whole team can see progress without chasing owners. Deeper analytics for stakeholder reporting is a common request.

Docusign CLM combines automated workflows, version control, and a central repository so contract status stays visible and current as agreements move, which suits teams that want one authoritative view. New users can find it complex, so some setup and training help is needed.

Conga CLM tracks contracts from multiple functions on one system with automated intake and approval plus real-time dashboards, giving cross-team visibility into where everything stands. It's a deeper platform, so expect more to configure up front.

For mid-market teams: what does real-time visibility actually need to show for you, the pipeline of in-flight contracts, upcoming renewals, or ownership and next steps? And has a live dashboard genuinely cut down the status-chasing, or did it only help once the whole team kept the data current?

The ownership piece matters most to me. A dashboard is only useful if I can immediately see who has the contract, what is blocking it, and what needs to happen next.
