However, the only positive I can say is that some of the changes were due to promotions. There should be a dedicated customer service agent for my company. **What problems is Paycom solving and how is that benefiting you?** Paycom saves time by eliminating the need for a full day of payroll processing and allows employees to track and control their own time, requiring only supervisor approval. This has removed a considerable burden from our HR team. The features offered are extensive, covering everything from payroll to learning management and beyond. The software interface is convenient and easy-to-use, and there are also many helpful automation features available. This significantly reduces the amount of manual effort required to perform many tasks. Paycom also continually updates and adds features, as well as training opportunities to learn how to use them. **What do you dislike about Paycom?** Although it wasn't a deal-breaker for us, the ability to integrate with other systems (accounting suite, etc.) is fairly limited. The customer support has generally been okay, but sometimes can be a little lacking. Some of the written help guides aren't as helpful as would be desired. They often lack specific detail about how to set things up or how different modules of the system interact with each other. **What problems is Paycom solving and how is that benefiting you?** Paycom has allowed us to streamline many of our HR processes and procedures considerably. We have been able to reduce the amount of time and staff resources spent on doing everyday HR functions, so that those resources can be allocated elsewhere in the organization.
