What do you like best about parcelLab?

I like the history of communications sent to a customer by order number it makes tracking by date easy. I also like the resend to another email option for all the previously sent emails, this makes customer support a snap when they have an email typo for an order. The History tree of communications is awesome! It is also easy to change between order numbers and between separate shipments within orders. I like the way it integrates the contents of the order into the carrier tracking number. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about parcelLab?

It has only happened once so I'm not sure if it counts. I registered a return, and the customer had received the email with return instructions, but the return did not show up right away in the order number history. It is showing up fast again now. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about parcelLab?

ParcelLab is one of the most important tools used by our CS agents. The automatic notifications keep helping in reducing the amount of contacts received, especially the possibility of resending and changing the email in case the customer made a previous typo. What do you like best about parcelLab?

There was no feature for which the development team could not find a solution.

Integration in the front end is incredibly simple, but still highly customisable.

Data on deliveries and returns in the backend is useful and offers great BI insights.

Our customer support team greatly appreciates the ability to view the progress of an order directly in PL in a kind of feed and regularly (on a daily bases) uses the option of subsequently extracting labels for returns. What do you dislike about parcelLab?

Sometimes you have to click your way through the menus to get where you want to go.

The filters could work a little more intuitively. For example, you have to select a filter and then activate it in a second step by clicking on a slider. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about parcelLab?

It's not over-engineered. They've taken what a business truly needs and have created that. There is little in the way of configuration from a front end approach and it's surprisingly refreshing. That way you get what is important not what you think you want. Don't get me wrong, they still have the ability to support some edge case reporting requirements and will take feedback on board. The implementation was seamless and very straight forward. Initially our CSR and logistics team weren't keen on managing yet another system to cater for logistics and customer content. Until they had a demo. And PL, even though the implementation was complete, still supported onboarding of our staff with training and further training if required. What do you dislike about parcelLab?

We are probably quite a bit different from their normal customers, and while it was still our fault in how we migrated data over prior to go live, a more formal implementation plan may have been helpful. I am probably being overly critical though. It was raised, we ignored and we had to scramble for 2 days to meet our deadline. ParcelLab still supported us through that integration piece. and we hit the goal. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about parcelLab?

When i first came in almost 6 months ago my parcel lab was not working, whenever we got it active, it made my job simpler, as i can look at more deeply into tracking informations, communications sent to customers, etc. I would love to be able to leave notes for the carriers i dont know if that could be possible from parcel lab. What do you like best about parcelLab?

It's easy to navigate and understand, it makes really easy to check all the information about the parcel we are investigating. It allows to resend important emails to the customer and also to change the detail of the email address if there's a typo. I have to use almost always, in every interaction I have. What do you dislike about parcelLab?

The claim for missing items doesn't allow to choose exactly which item is missing.

Unclear information regarding post-action follow-up, although it might be more an internal issue. Not possible to change the appearance of the system to a dark mode, not all options available (forbidden disclaimer) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
