Essential for Monitoring Deliveries, but Can Be Improved

I like the ability to see the emails sent by our system regarding an order and, in case of an incorrect email address, the ability to forward the email to another address it's integrated with CRM SAP very welle and also live monitoring of the shipments is great. I find that the initial installation of parcelLab was very easy and intuitive. The ROI for my company is a 10% in less than a year and i find excellent the use of the bot.
