What do you like best about parcelLab?

The level of white-label customization and the global carrier network are unmatched. Unlike other platforms that feel like a "plug-in," parcelLab allows us to own the entire customer journey. We can trigger proactive, branded notifications based on over 350+ carriers worldwide, ensuring the customer never has to leave our ecosystem to check a tracking number. What do you dislike about parcelLab?

nothingThe barrier to entry is high, both in terms of cost and implementation. It is definitely an enterprise-grade tool, so the setup can be a complex "engineering project" taking 2–4 months. Additionally, the reporting dashboard can feel a bit fragmented; while the data is incredibly deep, I’d love to see a more unified, "single-pane-of-glass" view for all metrics without having to toggle between different modules. What problems is parcelLab solving and how is that benefiting you?

We use parcelLab primarily for end-to-end post-purchase engagement. This includes:

Branded Tracking: Hosting the tracking experience on our own URL.

Proactive Shipping Notifications: Email and SMS alerts for dispatch, delays, and successful delivery.

Returns Management: Providing a seamless, paperless returns portal with QR codes to simplify the process for our customers.

"Effective Order Tracking with Room for Improvement"

What do you like best about parcelLab?

I use parcelLab for tracking customer orders and getting better details of the orders and communication that customers have received. I can see all delivery phases and find information on the carrier more easily, and I appreciate being able to see all the messages that the customer has received. I like the tracking of the carrier and info about them, and the delivery steps are helpful. I get a better overview of the order and it provides extra information when things are unclear. What do you dislike about parcelLab?

The layout could be better. If there are multiple parcels in the order, they don't show separately or it's not clear enough. It would be better to have the parcel delivery steps separated clearly. There could be a title saying that a parcel belongs to 'this brand' and then under it all the updates related to it. Also, the info on the page could be visually clearer. It's a lot of text and it could be easier if you didn't have to scroll so much but instead you could just have a drop-down menu. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
