"Tracking is simple, all the tracking details are available, and you can check on the carrier site."
What do you like best about parcelLab?

I like the history of communications sent to a customer by order number it makes tracking by date easy. I also like the resend to another email option for all the previously sent emails, this makes customer support a snap when they have an email typo for an order. The History tree of communications is awesome! It is also easy to change between order numbers and between separate shipments within orders. I like the way it integrates the contents of the order into the carrier tracking number. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about parcelLab?

It has only happened once so I'm not sure if it counts. I registered a return, and the customer had received the email with return instructions, but the return did not show up right away in the order number history. It is showing up fast again now. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I value most about parcelLab is the personalization it offers in post-sale communication. Thanks to its automated workflows and seamless integration with our store, we can now keep our customers informed at every step of the shipping process with personalized messages. What do you dislike about parcelLab?
