**What do you like best about OrderProtection.com?**

OrderProtection.com has been effective for handling customers’ complaints of lost, damaged or stolen parcels. By having a ‘round the clock technical support team, my team is relieved of the duty, and customers are happy with the quick solution to the problem.

**What do you dislike about OrderProtection.com?**

Getting to a point where they offer better customization to the order protection plans feels restricted. I was not able relieve the pressure on the website by boosting the order protection revenues without making my customers unhappy.

**What problems is OrderProtection.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

OrderProtection.com really saves a lot of endeavors coming my way concerning the shipping problems since it handles everything on its own. This is very important for my business because their fast turnover help customers to be satisfied.
