**What do you like best about Zowie?**

The best thing about the Zowie solution is that you can make live changes yourself at any time. Changes are visible immediately in the production system. With other suppliers this was not possible, and changes were often made too late. Here there is no such obstacle, we always have up-to-date information in the bot, and we ourselves can decide what and when to display to the customer. We are also pleased with the great possibility of implementing our own solutions, using Workflow or RESTautomation - something that has greatly improved our bots.

**What do you dislike about Zowie?**

Definitely no direct integration with well-known contact center systems e.g. Genesys.

**What problems is Zowie solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In zowie I have full control over the content that is sent to customers. The ability to connect with agents at any time. The use of surveys allows them to leave messages for us on difficult cases, where they can provide already preliminary data on the basis of which we can settle returns or customer complaints. A definite favorite of mine are Workflows which allow us to build small and large flow which guides the customer through the conversation without the need to write a single word. these days, customers like the simplicity of action, efficiency of answers given by the chatbot.

**What do you like best about Zowie?**

The tool is built on a SaaS model, which gives me complete control over how it functions. I can make changes and add new content immediately, without waiting for the provider to do it for me. This gives me a better ability to control costs, as I don't incur additional expenses despite numerous changes

**What do you dislike about Zowie?**

What should be more developed is the reporting module. I find it lacking in terms of integration with BI tools or advanced reporting for managing chatbots for multiple brands across various markets

**What problems is Zowie solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zowie solves the problem of supporting all the languages in which we serve our customers, and allows for quick and efficient implementation of changes without technical knowledge. The content is managed by the team responsible for training and service quality, so we don't need IT specialists to manage the tool.

Zowie works really fast and it's technically well prepared. The software is very intuitive and easy in use. There is no problem with adding or editing information.

**What do you dislike about Zowie?**

Sometimes Zowie confuses languages what may annoy our customers. There is no option to copy entire flow between enviroments.

Zowie provides basic information about how does our company works in order to decrease amount of contact with agents in person.

Zowie great. It repairs for new projects when you need to quickly implement something. The support provided by the company and the tool means that customer service is involved only to a minimal extent without any integrations.

**What do you like best about Zowie?**

Zowie has shown that AI can be the real-deal in providing efficient customer service. In just 6 months, we were able to automate almost 80% of our traffic & deflect 40% of inquiries received from our customers. Zowie allowed us to combine 3 major communication channels into one tool, which I previously did not know was possible. Zowie has become an omnichannel which our team desperately needed. Our agents no longer have to switch through multiple platforms which, in turn, increased productivty and allowed us to reach previously unattianble KIPs. On top of that, I never imagined working with AI will be so intutive - the capabilities of Zowie make it possible to build highly detail-oriented automations with little technical skills required. You do not have to be a tech expert to use the potential Zowie gives. The customer success manager is also very helpful and makes sure to stay in touch with us on periodical basis: to analyse our current needs and new areas which can be explored by our team.

**What do you dislike about Zowie?**

The one thing that Zowie could improve on is their capacity to address any bugs or technical errors that are reported. In does not happen often, however when it does, the time it takes to identify the problem and resolve can be quite long. However, I know Zowie has already identified this as something to focus and are making efforts to make this experience more comfortable for their customers!

**What problems is Zowie solving and how is that benefiting you?**

- Our growth in the recent years has been quite overwhelming for our customer service support. Hiring new agents on a constant basis on the ever-growing demand was not an attainable solution in the long run. Zowie has become an effective alternative, providing a worthy solution which was previously not considered.

- Zowie handles our customer support team’s most repetitive and time-consuming tickets, allowing our agents to focus on more complex inquiries. In doing so, it’s making us more efficient and leaving customers satisfied.

- Zowie has provided an omnichannel solution which we previously had trouble finding due to high costs. Zowie has made it possible for us to use outstanding tech solutions with fair costs.

Incredibly fast implementation and ROI in days compared to other tools that take months to implement.
I have never thought that automating customer service could be THAT easy.
When it comes to customer service tools for ecommerce, there's simply nothing better.
They are cool people to work with!

Collaboration is important to me so everything is perfect so far and I hope it stays that way. We have some big tasks ahead of us and I am counting on adequate support.

Fast and visible results:

- the process how Zowie works and boosts results; we’ve reached an automation rate of > 80% sooner than anticipated, with > 30% being handled entirely by chatbot and we do not stop on this, we go further with satisying results

- interface is intuitive- we can find marjority of the data easily and create the automations without major hustle; we no longer have to spend a lot of days to building new automations and to come up with ideas

**What do you dislike about Zowie?**

- there is a lot of very detailed data in analytics but would like to see more useful and accessible data to provide people with instant feedback; it has improved a lot but a first we needed to dig a lot to extract the data what we need

**What problems is Zowie solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zowie helps us to cover big % of the chats entirely but chatbot, without this we would need to have way much bigger capacity in our Customer Support department. We also can introduce and somehow advertise our products on LiveChat, share some discount codes with customers. Work is devided equaly and fairly between the agents which was very important to us.

We love utilizing Zowie!  

They have provided a quick and easy service that resulted in an almost effortless integration process.  With round-the-clock support, we are able to optimize and update this service to fit our exact specifications and needs in no time. 

The tool also provides automated suggestions and tools for tracking the most common requests we receive.  Creating even more opportunities to streamline our internal processes to assist customers better.

We highly recommend this service for anyone looking to get ahead with optimizing support for their e-commerce customers.  Zowie is able to automate and handle any requests we could throw at it!

We have worked with Zowie for quite some time, and they have been able to handle any requests we have thrown at them.  At this current time, there are no dislikes that we have not been able to work through and come together on a solution for.

Zowie has helped us dial in our front-line support.  Providing quick and easy automated service for customers who need assistance immediately. 

This helps us cut down on labor costs, and overall team headcount, as well as frees up our existing support team to handle more complicated customer requests.

I love how Zowie serves as a multi-tool for customer support allowing multiple platforms to be connected in one place. On top of that it's pretty easy to set-up and create new automations.

**What do you dislike about Zowie?**

Some parts of the UI (i.e. workflow building feature)  can be a bit messy once a more complex scenario is created. It'd be a good idea to implement something cleaner there.

For us, what we really be is lacking is the user interface, with our previous provider we could access shopify features and that is something I would love to see with Zowie.

Zowie works great as a chatbot, the platform is very atractive and easy to handle.

**What do you dislike about Zowie?**

Sometimes it feels like it needs too many learning phrases, and when using the chatbot. Some words are not linked to the learning phrases, so you get the wrong answer by the chatbot. The need to add the whole learning phrase can be a bit problematic as every question is made differently by each the customer.

Managing chatbots across different markets with varying complexity of products and procedures is a bit challenging.

**What do you like best about Zowie?**

Everything about an automated answer. It takes about 5 min to create a fully working automated response. Workflows are as easy as automated answers to create. Even adding a customer's phrases to already existing automation is simple - just select which automation to assign the phrase to. Recommendations are helpful too. Zowie support is alsow great. Regular meeting with Zowie shows that they care about us.

With each big software, it might be complex and complicated when you try to use everything that platform offers. It takes some time to learn how to create the perfect solution for your company but of course, Zowie helps you with implementations and handle of everything.

Just try it and you'll see that Zowie can help you with customer service. If you'll have any questions/problems you just ask Zowie for help, it's that simple.

**What problems is Zowie solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Automated answers help answer the most common and most popular customer questions. At live chats, the customer is mostly asked a simple question that Zowie Bot can easily answer in a second. Questions and automated answers about invoices, order status or even basic information about the product and shipping process etc. that we offer are something that saves time for our workers so they can be more productive and take care about other tasks.

**What do you like best about Zowie?**

Zowie is a technology company that is constantly growing. They are ambitious and never stop developing.
We use their chatbot and livechat tool and these are great tools. Very intuitive and easy to learn and use - yet very complex.
They offered me functionalities that other companies haven't at this moment in their products.
Zowie stands out for flexibility. With many queues, we can adapt to our customers. Chatbot handles first contact, consultants do the rest and forward conversations to the other queues.

**What do you dislike about Zowie?**

I suppose we are the most advanced of Zowie's customers if we talk about a Livechat solution. Therefore we got plenty of demand in space of analytics. Some things weren't perfect at the start of cooperation and required the introduction of new features.

**Recommendations to others considering Zowie:**

For me, Zowie is the best solution in the Polish market that contains an advanced AI chatbot with a complex Livechat inbox. This is the second company in this market segment I'm working with and I am very satisfied.

**What problems is Zowie solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zowie automates a large part of our customers' contact on chat, which leads to savings. In addition, the chatbot forwards the discussions to the relevant groups of consultants which helps us with contact routing.
Zowie also has a very complex analytics section in their platform which is needed in managing work with customers on a big scale.

The most helpful thing is possible to use message templates and use from postponed tab- in this time we can solve the clients problem, (contact with our wearhouse) and get back with information to the client later.

There is a problem with countdown time. When the client responds to us something and this is a simple confirmation of our message, like (ok, I`m waiting, goodbye), we need to give him an answer again to stop the time. If we do not do it, our productivity is lower.

It is amazing to see how fast the Chatbot learns and recognises phrases. It is really helpful to answer standard questions, which is very also vey comfortable for the customers. They are able to receive a quick reply in the chat. 

You can build in and implement a lot of different elements, surveys etc. That's really good.

Sometimes it is a bit difficult to understand why certain phrases have not been recognised even if there would be an existing automated answer.

Maybe the chat could pay more attention to certain keywords in order to detect the topic.

We were able to handle a huge number of customers' inquiries simply by offering the answers in the Chatbot.

We are definitely more productive and are able to focus on other things and areas while simple questions can be just handled by chatbot and do not require an action from a team member.

I like the product itself the most (chatbot). Zowie helped us a lot during high traffic in 2020. At that time, we offered our users 24/7 support with a knowledge base that is still growing. After months of cooperation, we decided to move forward and launch Zowie services on other markets. The chatbot is easy to implement and maintain. We manage to build a successful relationship with Zowie. We meet periodically to develop our customer care processes and benefit from Zowie's team knowledge to enhance our users' experience.

**What do you dislike about Zowie?**

It is tough to point out any cons. I want to mention the only thing you need to spend to make a solid solution with users not knowing they are talking to a virtual assistant - time and effort! If you consider this time as an investment, it will pay off in the long run. Otherwise, it might be a waste of time.

Zowie took over the contact with our users on the mobile application - working as the first support line. We have switched from email contact to virtual assistance; hence our users can chat about different issues during one session instead of sending an email and waiting for a reply.

We love the proactive functionality. Personalization is a huge initiative for us and that's something we can accomplish through Zowie. Our goal is to increase CRO through personalization so if we can do that, it'll be a huge win!

Minor inconveniences - Would love it if Zowie could operate on our ZD schedule vs setting manual off-hours in the dash, automating transcripts to members, but nothing major.

The only flaws we've stumbled upon have been minor quality of life features. As soon as any small issue pops up (which only has happened once or twice), we simply reach out to the team at Zowie and they get back to us the same day with either a solution, or an idea of when the solution might be implemented.

We have a massive trafic in our customer service - and our live agents working with the customer support can at times receive a great amount of inquiries that could be handled and sorted without any human interaction.
What Zowie does for us is increasing the customer service quality for everyone.
The people who need quick assistance get it from Zowie, while the errands that require human interaction gets forwarded to a human agent who in turn can spend more time making sure that user gets proper assistance.

I recommend Zowie to other companies because of the simplicity and professionalism of people working in the Support and Customer Success teams. As I wrote in the title, Zowie is a "Rubik's cube" because its handling and use is simple, but it can work wonders, and you can have fun at the same time :))) 
Support teams are available all week long, in my opinion, this is the most important thing.
Zowie was easy to implement and took half the time compared to other solutions on the market. 
The team is open to suggestions and implements a lot of ideas that come from users. It is worth noting here that they have a couple of qualified developers communicating in business and technical language.

I couldn't get a drink with all of them... <yet>

Unlike all of the other chatbots out there, Zowie is build and designed specifically for customer support automation and it simply works. Unlike 99% of the chatbot solutions out there which are a nightmare to implement and hard to maintain and manage, Zowie couldn't easier to set up, it integrates into our customer support tools like Zendesk and Intercom and successfully automates the vast majority of our tickets

too many features, some I find less useful. It's a bit cluttered this way,  probably remnants of old product versions

This is a very confusing market with many chatbots that mostly DON'T WORK and a lot of customer support platforms and chat providers like Zendesk and Intercom. Zowie only focuses on Automation and only on customer support and this is why they are the gold standard in this space

As Cristopher Hitchens once said; "A good day is one where I can not just read a book, but write a review of it", today I can say that an efficient way to communicate and entertain your customers is to give them the best answer, in a good and interesting way and in the shortest period of time. Zowie chatbot empowers us mostly like any other chatbot, but Zowie is very easy to set up, the use is simple, and it can do wonders while you have fun. Also, the most important thign when you work on this platform, is actually working with the people from Zowie - they are always her, giving examples and support, education and ideas all the way your journey through chatbot challenges.

Lots of things that can do and sometimes you just need very simple solution. Also, there are some features in implenetation to facebook messenger that could be more sophisticated.

The cooperation with the Zowie team is simply great. 
Setting up our chatbot was super easy, went quite quickly and we were able to integrate the chatbot on our website and go live after a short time. 
No matter what question we had, the team was there to help and advise us. 
After just a few days, we could see how well the chatbot worked. 
Our customers got answers to their questions super fast -> 24/7, a service we couldn't offer our customers before. 
We are happy to recommend Zowie and would start working with them again for sure.

For the moment, there is no point that we would consider bad. It's just a pity that the chatbot might sometimes add learning phrases to wrong automations. But we will find a solution for this as well.
