Technology and customer needs have moved on, and API is now widely adopted in the industry for speed of onboarding, extensive feature support, lower costs to run and simple support. The carrier support with the helpdesk lacks priority and is not focused on carriers' urgency to keep parcels moving on the network. **What problems is Metapack solving and how is that benefiting you?** MetaPack is working on many change requests to update the platforms for customer requirements. These changes are crucial for customers to utilise the DHL network to their advantage. However, this could be significantly improved if API technology was at the applications' core, not EDI. ### 2. We find that they are responsive, understand the products and are keen to work with us to get new customers live. **What do you dislike about Metapack?** Sometimes we still find it challenging to find the best person to support us & the customer, although since enabling access to the new case Portal this is improving. **What problems is Metapack solving and how is that benefiting you?** Metapack is an enabler to getting our customers live and shipping; this benefits our business and customers in using our services quickly. Availability of the system, response time for label calls and reaction time on support tickets is outstanding. As soon an integration project has started, the cooperation of the MetaPack team is very good. **What do you dislike about Metapack?** The integration of new services and new carriers is a painful process. Getting a financial proposal and finally starting the integration project takes months. We have very little issues from a day to day perspective. The stake holder management is excellent. We have regular operational service reviews to ensure matters are dealt with promptly. Technical information is made readily available for our integration teams and is comprehensive. **What do you dislike about Metapack?** Collaboration on project / enhancement activities could be improved. Although emails to questions are returned promptly. When there is a more complex technical issue needing to be investigated and assistance is required, the level of help can be less than expected which can be somewhat annoying! **What problems is Metapack solving and how is that benefiting you?** Carrier Selection ### 12.
