What do you like best about Hub?

Hub is absolutely brilliant, and I am very impressed with the user experience. It’s intuitive, easy to navigate, and simple to explore. The forms make internal communications clearer, more transparent, and faster. I also enjoy the variety of features like news and polls which are easy to use and encourage everyone to get involved. What do you dislike about Hub?

What do you like best about Hub?

It’s very easy to use — everything feels intuitive and straightforward. The customer support team is excellent; they respond quickly and are always helpful in resolving any questions or issues. What do you dislike about Hub?

Overall, the platform works well, but there are a few areas that could be improved.

It would be really helpful to have the option to set a specific time when scheduling an article, not just the date — especially since we’re communicating across three different time zones.

The Slack prompt feels quite basic and unengaging at the moment; it would be great to have the ability to edit or customise it to better suit our tone and audience.

Finally, a search function in the icons gallery would make a big difference, as it’s not always clear which category an icon might fall under. Expanding the icon selection in general would also be appreciated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Hub?

Our team members found are old intranet cluttered, difficult to navigate and the content was often out of date.

With HUB, we can launch new pages and add content within minutes, requiring minimal or no involvement from the IT team. The availability of multiple content types, or containers, makes it possible to customize page layouts as needed. This flexibility allows each department to design its own unique page setup, so they aren't restricted to a standard, cookie-cutter format.

Almost half our users now visit HUB on a daily basis, and almost 75% visit weekly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Hub?

The available integrations are somewhat limited, which means that using a frame content container is often the main option for keeping users within HUB while still allowing them to access external content. On the positive side, the integration with EntraID works very well for populating the user directory, and SSO makes transitioning in and out of HUB seamless. Some of the container types would benefit from more flexible settings, and the Search function does not see content within many of the container types. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Hub?

There is not a whole lot we dislike about the hub aside from the support/help site as it details the features and various aspects of the hub but there isn't always a manual or guide on how to implement or adjust these. However if customer support is needed in this aspect, they are very responsive and helpful but this can be time consuming. What do you like best about Hub?

The Hub is so much better than 'an intranet'. Nobody likes an intranet but everybody LOVEs the Hub. The platform is incredibly versatile and has allowed us to create 11 different sites for 11 of our our businesses across the globe.

The Hub has improved our internal and external communication significantly. It allows Sales Geeks to find resources far more easily than previously which reduces the amount of requests and time Sales Geeks otherwise place on our internal team. Likewise this means Sales Geeks can provide better services for their customers, faster.

We use the Hub for Sales Geeks from across the globe to raise requests direct to the relevant team or individual in our business - we can track requests and communication about them and nothing gets lost along the way.

The data analytics allows us to learn so much about our business and make continuous improvements and efficiencies (which lead to higher quality and ROI in many ways).

The Hub has allowed us to Think Global and Act Local far better than any other system that we use - this is massive thanks to Martin Boswell in particular for his diligence and time he put into getting to know us and understand our business intimately. He worked with us to plan out the structure and wireframe of the system before we began and that has allowed us to continue to develop the system ourselves as we grow. Equally the support team and development team are second to none. I very rarely write reviews (especially for systems) because they rarely do exactly what you want and need them to but The Hub does for us.

I would endorse and and recommend The Hub to your business whatever scale and time you are at in your development. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Hub?

I'm being picky but 2D look is a bit outdated and not as great looks wise as the coding and functionality behind it.

Some of the titles for things are confusing for our users so it would be tremendous to be able to rename them (eg. Forms for us are 'tickets') Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
