What do you like best about ON24?

What do you dislike about ON24?

Their contract negotiations are terrible, and the customer service is lackluster. Everything is an upcharge. The back end is confusing, and we've had presenters refuse to use the platform because it's too hard for them to get into. They delete archives after a short period of time, and anything you want to get from them is always another charge. If you go over your session by just a few minutes, they charge you several hundred dollars. The initial setup was a little complicated.
