Recording webcasts are super easy! **What do you dislike about ON24?** I dislike the fact that you have to use roll-over audio when scheduling a simulive. It would be really cool if you can utilize your webcam when the simulive plays out to truly get the feel of a live Q&A. It is nice to see the presenter's face when answering live Q&A during a simulive. Also, other platforms have the option to blur a background or have images to change a person's background. This would be a nice addition for presenters who have a tight space and do not have a decent background suitable for presentations. **Recommendations to others considering ON24:** I play around in ON24 to teach myself new techniques or updates. I find this easier than speaking with someone at ON24 because I always get different responses to my questions. Use the Knowledge Center!!! Other than that, I would say that the user interface on the backend isn't always the most intuitive. There are many sub-sections to click through when creating an event, and if you're not thorough, you could miss some of the fine details. **What problems is ON24 solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our organization used to use a bit of a dinosaur to host our webinars. The platform scaled up for large audiences, but it was missing many of the little things that today's users have grown to expect. The tool was app-based, requiring attendees to download it. ON24 is web-based, ensuring that no one misses out on the opportunity to join our webcasts due to their internal IT settings. ON24's Engagement Hub offering has also allowed us to reach our target audience in totally new ways. With ON24 I am able to update my content easily. We love to also repurpose content, with ON24 I can change out my slides and console and use previously recorded material and promote to a different target audience. If desired, On24 allows sending the activity data and positive answers to a survey question "Would you like to speak with an expert?" directly to sales for follow up and also automatically filter out those attendees who indicated that they did not want to "speak with an expert." **What do you dislike about ON24?** Dealing with office hardware. On24 works best with an ethernet connection, external microphone, etc. (particularly if there is a desire to use video and office wifi is not perfect in the best room). It is still possible to use the platform without any additional hardware elements, but the opportunities are very enticing. However, carrying a bag with an ethernet hub, cables, external microphone and making sure that Mac adapters work with speakers' computers is not my favorite part. My recommendation is to add technical complexity slowly and involve office help desk. **Recommendations to others considering ON24:** Spend time on understanding of integration possibilities with your CRM and integrate fully. Increase technical complexity slowly; a video webinar might be very attractive, but it takes some initial office setup (beyond On24 platform) and practice. **What problems is ON24 solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are running webinars on On24, which allow us not only generate "influenced" pipeline, but also easily generate "hand raisers" and send this information to sales together with a robust view of prospects activity to prioritize response. ### 22. My organization runs several sessions of the same type monthly and it would be much easier to create one session and simply add dates that we would like to hose the event instead of creating many sessions and linking them to the same URL.
