What do you like best about ON24?

1) The smooth experience it provides you.

2) Reliability - I can rely on this platform

3) there are no bugs or glitches which is very important when dealing with client experience

4) On24 runs on mostly all internet types without any problem even low bandwidth does not affect it that much. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ON24?

The ability to join from mobile phone directly without joining the session from laptop first is something that can be improved.

To open the session on my tablet I had to join from the laptop first then copy the link and then join from tablet.

From my tablet, I was getting the login screen with username and password field which i was not getting from laptop. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about ON24?

it has been very easy to use with people that have challenges with technology and it gives options that the other platforms do not. example it does not cut you off in the middle of a presentation. also it does not automatically update presentations that you created in the past Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about ON24?

ON24 is a pleasure to use over other systems I've used previous: Zoom, Teams etc. The powerful capabilities of the system make it steps ahead of other platforms. When receiving customer support we have received it in a timely manner. We use ON24 multiple times a week over many campaigns, I wouldn't want to use another platform. The complete customization and branding piece in any way you can think of. Do you want your logo there? You can do it! Do you want your branding colors there? You can do it! And so much more! Some of the features "freeze" on us, such as moving from slide to next slide in presentation mode. We have done all the necessary steps to make sure the slides are uploaded appropriatly. Still have not got to the bottom of that! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
