It's a low cost solution with ability to send out email campaigns with not additional cost (albeit slowly). When we began with the system, we were also able to house our data in a local server, which provided good security. I will say the solution has been rapidly adding features over time, but it just started in such a limited position, that it will be hard to catch up to other solutions. Poor duplicate detection, poor search customization and minimal reporting, minimal integration with other technologies. Very long duration for sending out email campaigns (6-8 hours for 10k contacts). Unattractive and inaccessible UX. There are too many fields, it should be more easily customized to the individual company needs. The space for "Tasks" at a 250 character max is ridiculous. I would like to have an easier way of accessing recent work activity. It's likely that i haven't figured this feature out yet, but the system just feild antiquated a bit. I can't easily access the various views tha I had previously set up in our desktop version. The desktop version seemed to work so much better compared to this new online system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Maximizer? I'm unable to properly email contacts from within the system without having issues with formating. I'm unablle to add additional userdefined fields to the back end. I'm unable to easily access the program from my cell phone without having to resent my password over and over. I run into error messages constantly when trying to add a note. We used to be able to preview notes for each contact in a side panel but that feature no longer exists and it's too bad. I like'd that feature. Moving a contact to another company is highly problematic. when the new screen opens to select the company to move the contact to the system does not let me expand the field to see if i have the correct company and for some odd reason it brings up contacts with companies which makes no sense. I set up a Brand User-Defind Field when the system was still a desktop version and now that we're on the online version it will not let me add any additional brand information into the User defined field. We moved from the server version to online and I really miss the keyboard shortcuts. The online version seems really slow and laggy, though that could be our internet speed as well.
