**What do you like best about Maximizer?**

The Outlook and Word integration is seamless. It's a program that I use daily to complete tasks and organize client data in a way that makes sense. Maximizer gives me and my organization the ability to organize important client data to store for future use and prospecting. Things such as client personal info, any files I want to attach to a client's profile, pipeline opportunities, referrals and referral sources can all be tracked.

**What do you dislike about Maximizer?**

It looks a little dated and can be difficult to navigate through some of the advanced search features as the location of certain tabs aren't necessarily intuitive. It often takes a long time to load through any amount of content on different dashboards. Updates that go live while using the program require a complete exit and re-entrance of the application to see them.

**What problems is Maximizer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Maximizer gives me a place to organize all of my communications and tasks with clients. It integrates mail seamlessely and makes it easy to track all communications and plans with clients. It also allows for good teamwork between different levels of the organization to close out referrals and pipeline opportunities. Every organization needs a CRM that effectively tracks client data and interactions, and Maximizer does that for us. I've used CRMs that don't have all the features of Maximizer and are hard to keep all contacts organized, but Maximizer does a good job at allocating important information into separate sections and allows for specific searches and tracking where needed. When dealing with hundreds of clients, Maximizer allows me to organize information effectively.

**What do you like best about Maximizer?**

Note Report feature, as it ensures critical information, which is captured and easily accessible, supporting informed decision-making. Additionally, the Outlook integration for notes strengthens communication, allowing for seamless coordination and follow-ups.

**What do you dislike about Maximizer?**

The interface can sometimes feel outdated compared to more modern CRMs. Another challenge is the cost, especially with recent price increases. For larger teams, the fluctuating expenses can make long-term planning more difficult.

**What problems is Maximizer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Maximizer helps streamline client management, ensuring that important details and interactions are tracked efficiently. The Note Report feature keeps information organized, making it easy to review and reference key updates. 
Additionally, having a structured CRM allows for better team collaboration, ensuring everyone stays aligned on tasks and client interactions. While there’s room for improvement—such as more available dashboards and AI functionality—Maximizer still provides valuable tools that enhance workflow and efficiency.

I enjoy the integaration between Maximizer and many other systems. It makes saving records across platforms easier and cohesive.

**What do you dislike about Maximizer?**

Lack of ability to colour code the calendar based on appointment/meeting TYPE. I know it is colour coded based on user but we would like to change meeting colours by meeting type.

**What problems is Maximizer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ability to access client information in one standard location that everyone on the team has universal access to. 
Ability to save communications with clients automatically (emails) making compliance reviews a breeze.

**What do you like best about Maximizer?**

What I like best about Maximizer is the ease of use it provides when managing the relationships with our clients. However, the character and act of tracking the contact is very intuitive and I make heavy use of it to keep track of follow ups and meetings. It has been integrated with Outlook so emails and calendar events are fed through reasonably smoothly. It synches nicely with our marketing tool as we are not double working. Reliable and helps me with stay in a step with every client touchpoint and the least stress.

**What do you dislike about Maximizer?**

The one thing I do not like about Maximizer is that the mobile app is clunky and does not always synch well. I hate not having full access to recent updates or notes when I’m on the go. It’s also slowed me down a time or so when I need a quick fact before a client call. Additionally, the reporting could be more flexible; I often find myself exporting data to create custom reports elsewhere, so there is a bit of extra time to my workflow.

**What problems is Maximizer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Maximizer allows us to become organized across sales and customer service. It solves the problem of having scattered contact info as well as unreliable follow ups. After this everything is logged in one place and my team can easily jump into a conversation where someone else ended it. But that’s saved us from missed opportunities and how we serve customers. It also helps us to keep overschedule and jump between multiple clients more smoothly. It has made every day we work less chaotic and therefore more structured.

Simplified the workflow to manage customer progress, communication and stages on sales cycle. Collaboration with colleagues, shares customer details and contact information directly from platform repository storage.

No downsides for all my two years experience. All tools and features that I need is available.

Keep everything that I need for sales in one place. Communication with prospect via email, sms or phonecall is logged on the platform. Track sales progress and individual performance.

**What do you like best about Maximizer?**

I like how Maximizer keeps all of our contact information in one place. I also find the household/contact/company structure to be helpful.

**What do you dislike about Maximizer?**

Too many extremely disruptive technological issues that cannot be solved. For example, duplicate calendar issues, outlook integration randomly disconnecting... In addition to this, the CRM is not very modern. It does not integrate well with other applications, it takes many steps to complete a simple task, and many of our users find it to not be user friendly. Finally, the financial advisor version was not designed in a way that creates a big value add to financial advisors.

Allows us to keep all of our client's contact information & our ongoing client case list in one place.

**What do you like best about Maximizer?**

Maximizer delivers exceptional CRM capabilities to help users track their customer interactions together with their sales pipeline management. The system enables me to track all contacts through call logs email records and meeting notes without missing any information. The available reporting tools enable me to gain crucial information about sales performance which lets me identify patterns and improvement opportunities. The system allows users to create personalized dashboards showing the crucial metrics which drives team performance up.

**What do you dislike about Maximizer?**

The outdated user interface of the system appears behind contemporary CRM interfaces which results in longer task completion times. Users should expect usability improvements in the mobile app because the current versions show inconsistent data between desktop and mobile interfaces. New users need extensive training because the platform presents them with an initial challenging learning experience.

**What problems is Maximizer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The customer relationship and sales processing system of Maximizer functions effectively. I previously utilized spreadsheets together with notes for contact tracking purposes. The platform provides centralized data management which simplifies the process of handling information. Since the system reduces administrative workload I dedicate more time toward forming relationships and making sales. Through the software I can rapidly detect valuable leads as well as direct my activities according to priority. The software enables clear team communication through its system which distributes current information to all members.

**What do you like best about Maximizer?**

Maximizer's CRM system provides an intuitive interface which enables users to control their customer relations as well as sales pipeline activities. Through the dashboard I gain visibility into active activities which enables me to set task priorities. The platform displays all upcoming meetings along with follow-ups and pending deals within a single view. I can generate customized reports through the system and the mobile application maintains my connection to work activities while I am away from my desk.

**What do you dislike about Maximizer?**

Beginning users particularly face long setup times when first starting the system. Additional support for new users at the onboarding process would be beneficial. Users struggle with the high learning curve of the software because additional training materials would make mastering all features and customization options simpler. The integration of third-party applications should be improved because it would minimize the requirement for manual configuration.

**What problems is Maximizer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The process of tracking customer interactions and sales activities was disorganized before I implemented Maximizer. Since implementing Maximizer I maintain all my business information in one location thus improving relationship management and speeding up my deal closure process. The system provides me instant access to customer records for reviewing their past interactions and enabling proper follow-up procedures. My efficiency has increased and I have strengthened my relationships with clients through the use of Maximizer. The automated system sends me alerts that maintain my schedule efficiencies and let me handle obligations before deadlines.

**What do you like best about Maximizer?**

Maximizer's integration with a number of tools is seamless. The best part of it is it syncs with the calendar, emails and tasks and I never miss a beat. CRM has a great feature with the monitoring of client interaction and utilizing of leads. For example, I can log emails, calls and meetings in one easy way to follow through. Secondly, it has great customizable dashboards as I can set my view up to show what’s most important to me, as in upcoming deadlines or status of clients.

**What do you dislike about Maximizer?**

It can be steep for new users as well, especially if they do not have a familiarity with CRM systems. But the interface can be quite powerful at the price of overwhelming. Furthermore, the reporting tools are comprehensive but do need time to learn. The system can be slow to respond sometimes, especially when the times are at a peak. While these problems are small compared to the real benefits Maximizer offers, they don’t exist, thankfully.

**What problems is Maximizer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Maximizer, I had a tough time dealing with the fact that I had to remember all the interactions and deadlines of my clients. At least it was a cacophony of spreadsheets, sticky notes, and any number of email accounts. Everything has been centralized, in one place. I have all my tasks, deadlines and client notes in one dashboard. This has eliminated so much of the administrative time that I now have to put into client relationship and business growth.

Would like more features and integration of actual portfolios. Initial setup could have been better, could not import from dataphile. Also having issues recording emails. This function seems to have stopped.

The ability to customize Maximizer CRM systems brings exceptional value by allowing users to configure the system according to their business needs. New users struggle to learn how to use the platform since it includes numerous features. The platform requires a more efficient onboarding system to achieve better results. The user interfaces operate properly but the system maintains outdated design elements combined with complex interfaces. Users need to refer to manuals because the platform contains many features to learn. The mobile application requires better functionality and enhanced user experience for its users.

The former method of customer relationship management was inefficient because it used multiple tools in combination with manual tracking processes. Our sales team spends dedicated time on customer relationship development and dealmaking since automatic system operations have enhanced customer satisfaction and increased sales totals.

**What do you like best about Maximizer?**

The ability to save emails and notes and go back to see the interactions thread.

**What do you dislike about Maximizer?**

My biggest painpoint specifically is that I have to write "interactions" instead of "notes" since when i scroll back through interactions, I can see everything except for my notes written. So, I don't use the notes feature. It would be nice if there was a way to have previous interactions summarized or available to view in succession, rather than clicking into each one individually.

Solving the problem of how to schedule meetings and log all interactions specific to a client.

**What do you like best about Maximizer?**

Depth of features. We like the ability to use the user-defined fields to segment our contact list. The user friendly reports are also an asset as we review these each morning. Customer support is also responsive and there to help.

**What do you dislike about Maximizer?**

There are sometimes issues with the search feature, when I am attempting to search for key words in previous notes, I find that it only pulls results if the keyword is in the first part of the note and does not search through the entire note consistently.

Managing our client base, keeping track of contact points from each of our team members so we can access everything in one spot.

**What do you like best about Maximizer?**

I like that Maximizer does a good job of keeping track of client interactions. Rather than reading through emails or notes, I can jump to past conversations, upcoming meetings and even past deals at any given point in time. When working with long term clients, this is especially useful as I never have to rely on memory alone. The reminders for follow ups help not to miss any potential opportunities and have really helped in maintaining the strong business relationship.

**What do you dislike about Maximizer?**

Maximizer is helpful, but sometimes it takes more effort than I expect to get to the information I need. Some of the actions need multiple steps, and in some cases the system does not respond immediately. Although, it still does what I need it to, the extra time spent digging my way through other sections can be very annoying. It ‘s not enough to stop me using the software, but there’s some things that aren’t totally necessary.

**What problems is Maximizer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Really, Maximizer has helped me to make my interactions with clients more effective. This allows me to have all the information at my fingertips and go into every conversation feeling completely confident I have nothing to forget. It has also assisted in tracking follow ups, to make sure that no opportunity is missed. The improvements have made a big difference in how easily customer relationships develop over time.

I appreciate the tools Maximizer offers for management and organization of client information. The customizability of the platform is another plus.

**What do you dislike about Maximizer?**

The platform has quite a bit going on so learning how to navigate/operate the platform does take a bit of time. I have also had periodic issues with the integration tools.

Organization is the biggest issue we have. With so much information to store, having a platform that can assist in streamlining that process is a huge benefit to our team's efficiency.

**What do you like best about Maximizer?**

The best part about Maximizer is the ability to import Leads and spreadsheets or potential customers. Super easy to link the columns in excel to the right fields in Maximizer and you decide if you want them imported as leads, or companies with contacts or just companies.

**What do you dislike about Maximizer?**

I wish that once you emailed a person and tied that person back to maximizer that it was done forever without having to click and connect it each time. I know we can save and track but with multiple people emailing the same customer if someone forgets this then the email isn't saved.

**What problems is Maximizer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before I started with the company there was no sales team. I came in with no CRM and after trialing a few chose Maximizer due to the ease of use, the efficiency with our needs and the cost... as well as the great customer service and one on one training that we recieved during deployment.

It make it a lot easier to keep track of our clients information and is simple to import new information once you get used to it.

**What do you dislike about Maximizer?**

There were too many feilds to search though when trying to find where to upload the information. As a result, I deleted many of the fields and just created my own. This has caused issues with producing reports because i am unable to use the feilds that I created as a source of information for those reports. 
This is not a large issue, but it would have been nice to know before I deleted the fields needed to produce the reports, or if there was a way to fix it after the point.

**What problems is Maximizer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our client information was devided in several different systems before we got Maximizer and I'm able to get it all from one place now which saves a lot of time in my day.

**What do you like best about Maximizer?**

For us, maximizer’s sales management tools are a game changer. It has greatly improved how our sales people can track and analyze customer interactions in real time. On the other end of the spectrum, their robust marketing automation features have saved us minimum 3 hours a week so we could basically concentrate more on the strategy and less than on the manual tasks. And last, their customizable reports, they give us valuable insights that help us in our decision made.

**What do you dislike about Maximizer?**

Maximizer is overall good, but there are a few things missing here and there. One such example is when their mobile app can possibly do with a redesign - it's not the most navigable. Also, some third party apps integrate quite finicky and it takes minor syncing delays.

**What problems is Maximizer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our sales pipeline ran randomly across various systems prior to using Maximizer. Various spreadsheets scattered everywhere made it hard to track both customer relations and sales development stages. Our entire sales process is now under one system that lets us monitor sales activities. By using the system we have become more organized and finished 15% more sales. They have equipped us with advanced marketing tools that make email promotion easier while sending prompt and customized messages to our customers.

One of my favorite things about Maximizer includes the ability to change input needs to collect certain data.  We are able to modify input areas very easily, allowing us to mold the platform to our needs.  The ability to run reports helps our team collect the data we need in order to run committees and figure out where our clients are in the process.  The ease of adding documents to each client's case makes organization super easy.  As a daily user of Maximizer, it's also helpful to have direct communiucation with their customer support team, where they are quick responders when we have questions or need assistance.

Some downsides include when the emails don't send to clients or when Maximizer is completely down.

Maximizer has the ability to keep track all communication history in one place, which helps to help keep strong customer relationship. It is very easy to pick up conversations without forgetting important details because of the ability to track interactions over time. Second, the reminders that it provides already eliminates the need for follow ups by giving me the ability to have them in the system. Contact management is structured well, so we can easily split customers into engagement level to inform how we prioritize outreach.

**What do you dislike about Maximizer?**

Maximizer is pretty good overall but doing work on several contacts in same play can feel a little sluggish. It isn’t as seamless to move between different customer profile as I’d like to, and especially if I was reviewing multiple interactions quickly. Also, Updating customer details, which needs extra confirmation, makes repetitive tasks take longer. These are not big problems but does take a bit of time to get this worked out.

Maintaining contact with customers was difficult and there were gaps in the customer communication before the use of Maximizer. Since then, there’s been a lot of logging of everything you do, which is a lot easier to keep and maintain engagement. With past conversations we can always have the full context and we get to both review them and have more meaningful interactions. Not only has it improved sales but customer relationships have become more natural and under control.

The best thing about Maximizer is it makes communication with clients much more from the stream side. It records everything in a clear, organized way and it feels more efficient to follow up with customers. I also like their reminder system, as it keeps me in try of my most important follow ups even though I don’t need to keep checking my calendar. It’s helped me to organize my day so I never miss a time to meet with clients.

I’ve realised that Maximizer’s task management tool isn’t as flexible as I’d like it to be. Even the reminders and alerts don’t correlate with the way I like to organize my tasks. For instance, I might be alerted to tasks that are not urgent, and important tasks might not jump out, whereas both of those might be. The thing is it does the job, but I wish that tasks and reminders were more customizable so that they suit my personal workflow.

Maximizer has become so useful for handling client relationships. Then, it takes care of tracking interactions and reminders for follow ups, so I no longer need to spend time manually checking my calendar to make sure I’m doing it all. It has allowed me to at, least from a tracking point of view, to be more organized and more so, work closer towards closing deals. For this, I’ve seen big benefits of efficiency, and I’ve been able to spend more time focusing on tasks that matter.

Maximizer is just wonderful keeping us organized and focused on top priorities. I like that it breaks tasks into incremental steps, and keeps us in the loop so we know when to do what for the client. It works well for team collaboration, as everyone can know what work needs to be done, and can collaborate on goals with little confusion about what is actually being worked on. These features make it so that keeping our projects running as smoothly as possible has become so much easier.

One issue with Maximizer is that some tools appear too rigid and are not easily fit to your organisation’s workflow. Sometimes, it feels like the system has us fit into rather than adapting to. But adoption can also be slow if your product hasn’t yet rolled out as an app or when you have an interface that’s too technical for some less tech sophisticated users. In day to day use these issues create friction that create more time being spent in some tasks than is necessary.

Maximizer has made communication across teams much more easier. It has one major advantage of having everyone involved in a project aware of the duties of the other workers and the schedule of delivery. It has also helped cut down misunderstandings as well as duplication of work which time bound in the past. The automated notifications are useful to keep updated on progress, which has enhanced the ways of working with time constraints and client demands.

Maximizer really grabs me because it provides an organized bottom line when it comes to tasks and makes sure nothing gets lost or ignored. Highly recommneded are the reminders, follow up notifications to keep us on schedule. Further, I like that it’s flexible to use, to grab and shove things in whatever task order I need in that moment. Being able to organize our workflow around how it works for us as a team helps keep us in our flow and enable us to work more productively.

**What do you dislike about Maximizer?**

However, there is one aspect that seems to somewhat annoying when working with Maximizer - the lack of options for modifying the work flow. At other times, it is a little frustrating that one cannot easily switch how work is allocated or reorganise the scheme without some level of inconvenience. It is rather effective although it may yield a slower process than anticipated in changing specific routine tasks and avenis at times interferes with our usual flow.

Maximizer eliminates the problem associated with tracking all your due dates and engagements through helping us schedule all work assignments. The act of prioritizing can work such that no other task is overlooked or not attended to at all. It has also helped to ease working with my team because everyone knows what they are supposed to do and when it should be accomplished. A clear schedule of what is next makes it easier to work and achieve out intended goals without hitches.

The app's onboarding procedure requires minimal effort. Our setup process finished within an afternoon thus providing us with an unexpected convenience. Automated contact updates in this system deliver at least three hours of savings weekly. The application's tracking capabilities for sales activities together with performance metrics enables us to maximize our weekly meetings efficiency.

The mobile version occasionally shows technical issues for users. During project switching my device occasionally becomes unresponsive. Minor technical difficulties appear occasionally.

What I like the best about Maximizer is its amazing customer support features. We have also improved our communication with the clients to be able to track customer inquiries and to respond to the clients in their personal terms. Our task management system of the software helps us give priority to important requests of the customers, so nothing is left behind. In addition, it is very easy to get alerts and notifications for important interactions with customers.

**What do you dislike about Maximizer?**

The downside of Maximizer being that there isn’t much flexibility on how you can use the mobile app. The version for the desktop will provide much more functionality, and also make it easier to access and update key data on the go. In some cases, this has presented a problem for team members that require working from out of the office. The software also tends to be slow when the amount of database data to search is also large.

With Maximizer, we get an organized system to track all the inquiries, follow, ups, and inner communication, which makes our managing customer interaction more efficient. We've been able to continue to be more proactive with clients and come up with solutions that they need faster, that's helped our customers be more satisfied. And the software solves the problem of how everyone in the team is kept aligned on client related tasks so you provide us with a consistent, coordinated service to everyone we work with.

**What do you like best about Maximizer?**

There’s a fantastic customer support feature in Maximizer. Anytime I’ve needed them for a question or problem, they have been very quick to respond, and provide very detailed answers. The support team behind the software can be dedicated which makes it even more reliable and lower our downtime in our workflow. They also give in depth tutorials and resources that have helped me make use of the software to its full potential without frustration.

**What do you dislike about Maximizer?**

Some of the advanced analytics instruments aren’t out of the box for Maximizer. It does a good job of covering the basics, however it can be quite limiting when looking for more detailed insights or creating custom data visualizations because we rely on additional integrations, which add complexity to the process. They could even incorporate more in depth analytics features directly in the software so that we wouldn't have to do any setup or integration.

**What problems is Maximizer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The result that Maximizer has reduced the time spent searching for client data is significant. It allows us to store things in one place and automate key workflows, so storing everything in one place allows us to stop wasting time looking for information or doing repetitive work, creating much greater productivity. It also makes it easy for us to track the history of client interactions which gives us additional context working with clients.

**What do you like best about Maximizer?**

My journey with Maximizer started in the early 2000s; I've come to appreciate its consistent stability and usability over the years. It's interesting to see how this CRM has managed to adapt amidst the ever-changing landscape of technology.

**What do you dislike about Maximizer?**

In recent years, Maximizer has undergone numerous changes, and unfortunately, not all have been for the better. Each update seems to obscure features that many of us rely on. Additionally, while Maximizer is supposed to integrate with Teams seamlessly, it often causes delays and freezes in my email account. Moreover, I've noticed that my Windows calendar appointments are duplicated or even triplicated in my Maximizer calendar, or worse, my appointments disappear from my Maximizer calendar. It's important to be aware of these issues as they can significantly impact productivity and workflow.

**What problems is Maximizer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I utilize Maximizer to document client meeting notes, prioritize client follow-up activities, and securely store client documents.

**What do you like best about Maximizer?**

Maximizer excels with its strong CRM capabilities which integrate nicely with platforms, such as Outlook and Teams. It’s streamlined our processes and tracking client interactions and appointments in the one place. Reporting functionality is a game changer for our marketing efforts where we are able to leverage deep insights into customer data to focus only on the most promising leads. This tool has sped the workflow and left us much better structured, saving us time and boosting our productivity.

**What do you dislike about Maximizer?**

Interface of Maximizer a bit outdated and not so intuitive. This can slow navigation and clutter involving new users. However, it is a steep learning curve and it often takes a longer time for each of the team members to get comfortable with the system. Furthermore, the only dashboards we've been able to effectuate are limited in the customization options, preventing us to incorporate our software to our specific needs and thus, making the process overall less efficient.

**What problems is Maximizer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Maximizer has made it easier to handle client information and interaction. Tracking and nurturing relationships has become much easier, because everything is in one centralized place. Task management and automated reminders bring me back to pay attention to deadlines and to follow ups so no opportunity gets lost. We’ve drastically improved our workflow, become more efficient, and deliver better service as a result, augmenting our customer loyalty and retention.
