I most enjoy the ease of keeping track of client information and how quickly relevant information is available to me. Our team utilizes most the notes, details and timeline tabs to keep track of everything. The support team is readily available, friendly and helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Maximizer? I understand that maximizer has a lot of features and tools to make our life easier but I struggle with the learning process and the implementation of add-ins. I would like to use all of the available features but knowing what to use and how to use it is tricky and discouraging. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. I am trying to make it so there is no more repetition in our maximizer through the form of duplicate clients or duplicate email chains. My understanding is that the entire email chain saves every time you attempt to save a new email chain which we do not want. The layout of the screen so it is easy for salesperson and CSR to see what they need to know when making contact with the customer or prospect. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Maximizer? Once Maximizer went to monthly subscription fee, the program lost value for the customers I had who were using the program. This is mostly due to the difficulty of getting sales people to use a CRM program in the first place so the real value of the Maximizer program was initially to show the sales person that it improved their daily work life. The real solution of course was just fire the poor sales person which is what I'd eventually do. But still, for most small business, depending on the industry, i.e., industrial vs consumer the value of all the features your program offers combined with the lack of good leadership to hire and actually use all the features make it a product that cannot be utilized to its full potential. I like the ability to create a task, although for some reason my tasks automatically duplicate quite frequently and the same task will pop up multiple times. What do you dislike about Maximizer? functions are not yet seasmless. for example, when you are creating a task, and adding a "task with", you need to type in the full name of the individual and press enter before anything comes up, whereas in other parts of maximizer you can type in the first few letters of a last name and all their info pops up. Comparatively, the previous CRM had more colors and graphics, whereas Maximizer has a lot more text boxes and is very black and white.
