What do you like best about Maximizer?

I love the ability to tailor the platform in a way that best suits our office needs. It has all the appropriate fields, it can be sorted so that the file is viewed as a whole easily, exporting excels in easy and helpful, the staff is incredibly quick to resolve issues and answer questions, and we use Maximizer daily for all our CRM needs. What do you dislike about Maximizer?

What do you like best about Maximizer?

I like how Maximizer keeps all of our contact information in one place. I also find the household/contact/company structure to be helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Maximizer?

Too many extremely disruptive technological issues that cannot be solved. For example, duplicate calendar issues, outlook integration randomly disconnecting... In addition to this, the CRM is not very modern. It does not integrate well with other applications, it takes many steps to complete a simple task, and many of our users find it to not be user friendly. Finally, the financial advisor version was not designed in a way that creates a big value add to financial advisors. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
