What do you like best about Lucky Orange?

Lucky Orange has been unbelievably useful in filling in gaps of our site experience. I recently started using Lucky Orange to monitor 4 different websites under my Shopify+ account. I ran into some issues implementing the 4 different sites but the Customer Support team was quick to resolve my issues and book a meeting to assist. While the integration to the sites had some hiccups, I'm happy it was quickly resolved. I find myself using Lucky Orange daily for analytics and the heatmaps - which has already given insights on the shopping experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Lucky Orange?

I can't say I dislike much about Lucky Orange - the support and documents that are available really helped. The only issues I've ran into was adding multiple sites and the integration, which was resolved with the help of customer support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Lucky Orange?

I love that I can watch customer visits online to help pinpoint issues the customers are having when trying to place an order. We also like to receive the daily and weekly updates with website traffic numbers to see how it compared with the previous week. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Lucky Orange?

The user interface of the platform is straightforward and aesthetically pleasing. The live chat feature has been helpful for our start up as well as session, recordings and heat mapping analytics. Custom tracked events are our most-used feature. live chat feature has been a very easy way for our startup to implement customer support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Lucky Orange?

A dashboard that is not customizable at all with contextual data for custom events we've set up or need to manage from a single view. The archaic exporting options are abysmal at the very best. Exporting user data is easy until you're unable to crossreference users with their associated names/IDs. In this case, Lukcy Orange just exports the user's internal Lucky Orange ID which doesn't include variables such as first and last name. Sixty percent of the time, this exportation option creates more work than solves work. I would like to see customizable components on the dashboard. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Regarding dashboards, our dashboards are fully customizable from the dashcards, date range and more. You can add an unlimited number of dashboards each with its own layouts and cards to track different events, visitor behavior and metrics for even more customizations. I would be more than happy to walk you through the process of creating an event-specific dashboard to monitor traffic from the events you want to track.

The insights are great, we already use Google Analytics and pay to also have Lucky Orange in addition, because it offers so much more.
