I appreciate Lofty's options and easy-to-use templates, which feel natural and intuitive. These features streamline my workflow because they alleviate the challenge of creating content or words, which is crucial when communicating with over 200 different people. The capability to mark dates and send tailored alerts to each person based on our specific relationship helps me stay engaged with both my team and clients efficiently. This personalized approach in managing client communications and relationships provides significant value. Additionally, while the initial setup was intimidating due to the plethora of features, once I got past the initial apprehension, I found it surprisingly manageable, which added to the overall positive experience with Lofty. What do you like best about Lofty?

I appreciate the ease of setting up Lofty due to the helpful videos that guided me through the process. This made the initial experience smooth and straightforward. Lofty significantly helps me in managing my work as a realtor by allowing me to keep in touch with clients effectively. Its ability to handle a large volume of leads ensures that no prospect falls through the cracks, enhancing my client relationship management. I particularly love the smart plans feature, which has been invaluable in prompting interactions with clients, including instances where I might have forgotten to reach out. The outlines and Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) tools provided by Lofty are incredibly useful in my daily operations. I also value that Lofty comes with a search website feature, which allows my clients to search without having to leave my website, adding a seamless experience for them. What do you like best about Lofty?

I have found Lofty to be incredibly helpful in solving various organizational challenges related to my real estate CRM needs. It excels in prioritizing clients' needs and organizing their data, which has been a significant benefit for me. I really appreciate the AI capabilities of the platform, which enhance its efficiency and usefulness. Additionally, the support quality has been outstanding. Despite facing many initial challenges, customer service has been very supportive and resolved issues well, which is a crucial factor for me in deciding to use Lofty again. Furthermore, Lofty's ability to integrate with many of my lead generation platforms is another aspect that I enjoy, as it ensures a smooth workflow and efficiency in managing tasks. What do you like best about Lofty?

I have been using Lofty to manage my real estate database, maintain contact with my sphere of influence, and handle new leads for a year now. I appreciate how Lofty seamlessly promotes listings with its excellent marketing tools, offering easy access to create various marketing materials like videos and flyers, which significantly streamline my promotional efforts. The operation of the CRM has been pretty seamless, even though setting up the MLS integration was a bit more complex than what I was used to with past systems. I also like the ability to send and customize mass emails, which is a very useful feature for my work. Most importantly, I would buy Lofty again due to its ease of use. Setting up the MLS integration with Lofty was more complex than I'm used to, which can be a hurdle for those coming from other systems. The platform effectively allows me to keep up with my database on a weekly basis and efficiently make calls and send texts directly from my system. I find the drip campaigns particularly powerful and well-suited for my needs, as they greatly enhance my marketing efforts. Additionally, the integration of my website with my current local MLS is a significant advantage. The availability of different marketing materials through Lofty is also a valuable resource, making it a robust tool for my real estate endeavors. Overall, Lofty provides such strong and useful features that I am fully satisfied with the service and would rate my likelihood to recommend it to a friend or colleague at a 10 out of 10. What do you like best about Lofty?

I find Lofty very user-friendly, as the CRM software is easy to understand and maneuver through various modules. I'm particularly impressed with the option to set specific times for SMS and text message reminders, which keeps me ahead of my tasks by sending notifications directly to my cell phone. This feature allows me to click a link and call my clients directly, which is incredibly convenient for my real estate work. I also appreciate the software's task and appointment features, as well as the ability to log every call and email, which helps me keep up with my clients efficiently. What makes Lofty very unique and appealing to me is its quickness in retrieving information on demand. This is enhanced by the way it separates tasks, to-dos, emails, logging, and client information, making it easy for me to search and create new things within the software. "Great Social Media Integration, But Needs Easier Setup and Better Communication Sync"
What do you like best about Lofty?

Social Media integration is good, the cross platform interactions with YouTube could use some work. Hashtags dont translate over to YouTube so it doesn't produce and views or engagement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Lofty?

Smart plans need to be made easier to understand and set up, need to be more user friendly all around. AI integrations should be included in the price of the platform. Need to offer text and email integrations so that when working outside of lofty (on the Phone) all the communications still show up in lofty. this last suggestion would get you a 10 for rating. What do you like best about Lofty?

What do you dislike about Lofty?

Lofty can be buggy on my Android device. When I go to reply to rectangle in the app, sometimes it doesn't allow me to send the text I wrote. I have to restart the app and loose what i wrote. Also, sometimes the app will periodically log me out and I need to sign in again.
