"Remote workshops and strategy sessions are for me finally easier to manage"
What do you like best about iObeya?

My favorite feature of iObeya is the way it enables team work to be real in a distant team. I apply it on a daily basis to map project ideas, monitor progress and implement strategy sessions. To keep the priorities visible, the features of visual boards, interactive sticky notes and exporting the sessions assist the team. We also combine it with Microsoft Teams to make sure that everyone could stay on track by displaying the updates related to boards in channels in real time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about iObeya?

One weakness that I have observed with iObeya is that it is sometimes hard to manage numerous boards with big projects. There are times in our workflow when we need to switch between boards, which is a slowing mechanism of the discussion or planning process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"It has effective visual management for manufacturing environments"
What do you like best about iObeya?

My greatest benefit is that iObeya strengthens the consistency of our management practices. I use it on daily basis in production and follow ups of projects and the structured boards compel individuals to come prepared. Its list of functions allows us to delegate duties efficiently and record the decisions at a single location. The frequency of use is high across the departments hence has enhanced meeting discipline. We also associate it with Microsoft Teams that helps keep the conversation on track during remote sessions. What do you dislike about iObeya?

One of the disadvantages that I could identify is that the platform has a lot of features, and new users do not always know where to begin. In the implementation of our logistics unit, the adoption was slow as compared to the expected. As we depend on it every day, these little rubs will add. The ability to adjust the elements in boards may require more steps than I would like, and this sometimes interrupts a conversation. This has influenced the productivity in the rush operation reviews. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Efficient digital boards with clear visual collaboration"
What do you like best about iObeya?

My favorite part is that iObeya does not create any confusion because it promotes our everyday coordination. I am in logistics of an online shopping company, and I use it regularly to delegate working processes and team objectives. The features that are offered in visual collaboration keep us focused. The adoption was successful, and we coupled it with Teams and Jira to make the flows of updates between the tools easy. It is easy to use, thus making meetings more organized and fruitful than ever. What do you dislike about iObeya?

I am most concerned that the process of becoming an iObeya user was more difficult than I expected. The additional internal training was needed to implement it, and the lack of ease of use was not completely present. The features are powerful, but some gaps in the customization of the features had a negative impact on capturing niche processes. It integrates with our current tools, but there are some instances of delays that have become frustrating as we have to have it on a regular basis to update the leadership. "Clear structure for group workshops"
What do you like best about iObeya?

The thing that I would appreciate most about iObeya is the fact that it transforms collaborative sessions into structured visual experiences. I apply it in day to day workshop and project planning and it is used to bring everyone to the same page. I particularly enjoy the convenience with which one can organize ideas, rank tasks, and have related concepts interconnected visually. With time, it has enhanced the way our team is talking about initiatives in a way that is quicker in decision making and more purposeful in discussions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about iObeya?

The thing I dislike about iObeya is that a user may find it cumbersome when handling many boards at the same time in the event that there are numerous projects being run. The swaps between boards occasionally result in minor faults or lack of updates. In my work, this at times causes the repetition of the same notes or a little confusion in follow-ups, slows the progress when it is especially busy and necessitates additional focus to ensure that nothing slips through. "Planning boards in our company is finally clean!"
What do you like best about iObeya?

I am a big fan of iObeya that simplifies visual work, particularly when working remotely. I will be able to make virtual boards which will be identical to our physical kanban boards and project boards and it can be integrated with such tools as Jira and Trello to automatically synchronize tasks. The drag and drop interface makes it a simple process of arranging the workflows and the ability to have all the projects on a single page keeps the team on track. It has become my everyday planning and team building center. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about iObeya?

The negative thing is that there are boards that become slow when there is too many objects or large diagrams. This at times has led to slight inconveniences during peak periods. There is also no mobile experience as smooth as a desktop, and this makes it difficult to make quick updates on the go. These restrictions at times interfere with the working process when we have to work together in real time or look at some huge boards during meetings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Visual planning for distributed teams"
What do you like best about iObeya?

The experience that I particularly like about iObeya is the feeling as though we were having the same meeting room, even when we are all remote. My team is also using it to plan and map out project phases and it easily complements what we already have in Microsoft 365. When we see everything laid out in front of us, we can clearly comprehend conversations, and we do not get lost. It has made me more grounded when the planning processes get intensive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about iObeya?

The biggest problem I have with iObeya is that it is so simple to clutter up a board when several of my teammates are going to work on it. It has us in a stack of notes before we can seemingly do anything about it. To do that cleanup in a tight deadline is a longer process than I would prefer and it disrupts our rhythm. It is not a big issue, but it creates an inconvenience in the process of ensuring fluidity when things are moving on. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Reliable program for project tracking boards"
What do you like best about iObeya?

I like the fact that iObeya keeps the team on track when planning and discussing projects. Its implementation process was also smooth, and the feature list is in line with the way we actually carry out workshops. I can say that I use it on a frequent basis. The customer service has never been slow in responding, and this gives me confidence whenever I require some clarifications when I am in an active session. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about iObeya?

The first weakness I observe in iObeya is that boards may be overloaded in case too many individuals are using them simultaneously. Layouts are also altered unpredictably by the implementation of new features thus slowing me down in the middle of an active session. That may influence the frequency of utilization of larger meetings. Whenever I contact customer support, it is not that difficult, yet such minor distractions introduce additional procedures in my workflow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Transforms Marketing Collaboration with Powerful Strategy and KPI Tools"
What do you like best about iObeya?

For my marketing strategy work, I really like iobeya. Some of our team members work from home, while others work from the office. Before iobeya, we had to keep all of our plans in separate emails, Excel sheets, and PowerPoint files. It was a big mess.

We now have one "digital room" for marketing.

Strategy Cascade: The best thing is to link our strategy to our work. I put all of our main Marketing OKRs on one board. Next, we link these OKRs to our campaign plans and kanban boards. Everyone knows why they are doing their job.

Dashboards for Key Performance Indicators The Power BI integration is great. I connect our campaign data, and we see live KPIs (leads, CPL, traffic) inside our iobeya room. You don't need to check ten tools.

Structure: It has more structure than other whiteboard tools. It feels professional and is great for running big projects and weekly review meetings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about iObeya?

There are two or three things I don't like.

This is the main issue: customer support. Support takes a long time. Support is only by email. We had one problem with integration, and it took three days to get a good answer. For a tool we use every day, not having live chat is very bad.

Not for Creatives: My design team isn't happy. They say it's "not like Figma or Miro." It doesn't work well for mood boards, brainstorming, or mapping out a customer's journey. The templates are very "lean" and business-like, not for creative marketers. It feels a little stiff.

Cost: The website doesn't make it clear how much things cost. We needed to talk to the sales team. It feels quite costly, maybe too much for small teams. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"iObeya Makes Tracking KPIs and Team Collaboration Effortless"
What do you like best about iObeya?

In my position as a Sales Development Representative, my job is simply to book meetings. The sales manager recently introduced the team to a platform called iObeya, and I enjoy using the platform for our meetings each day in the morning.

We created a room in iObeya specifically for people in the Sales Development team, and the manager has built out an area that includes a large scoreboard that lists all of our KPIs. It means that I can quickly see my name, the number of calls I have made, emails sent, meetings booked that week, etc. I like the presentation of the information in this format much more than our previous way of tracking it in a spreadsheet. It is a much clearer way to track how I feel about my performance and the work I am doing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about iObeya?

Okay, so the thing that bugs me most about iObeya? It feels like just one more thing piled on top of all the other stuff I'm already doing. I'm in sales, so I live in Salesforce, Salesloft, and LinkedIn every day. My boss will sometimes ask me to change the iObeya board, but I’ve already typed all that info into Salesforce. Doing it twice gets old fast, mostly since the Salesforce sync is hit or miss. Honestly, It would be great if anything new I put in my CRM just showed up on the iObeya card like magic. Having to do the same work twice is what gets to me most. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Improves virtual meeting session with productive digital whiteboard"
What do you like best about iObeya?

iObeya simplify collaboration process for virtual meeting, using digital whiteboard on brainstorming meeting session make it easy to pitch ideas, team can work together and edit the shared whiteboard in real-time, wherever they are, they see the same info on the canvas. There is endless creation possibility that can be create on the canvas, adding different shapes, graph, or doodles is available. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about iObeya?

The only thing that they need to improves are the customer support channel and respond time. Now, they only provide for email support which take forever for customer support agent to reply for email support. A phone call support channel is a good choice for customer that need instant solution and talking to real human. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
