So basically in IObeya there can be several number of rooms where you can accommodate the Iobeya SQCDP board, Ishikawa board, brain storming (ideas boards) and so on.
 There is a limitation in each room with the number of boards that you can accommodate. 
There is an additional pricing for any additional room. 
To explain in simple words, taking the example of the heirarchy of your company departments (traditional waterfall approach heirarchy). You can escalate auctions from one room to another. You can name room 1 as level 1 and room 2 as level 2 (top management) and actions can be escalated as and when support is required, from level 1 to level 2 and de-escalated from level 2 to level 1.
