I sit on my couch with my laptop and can generate something i can share within about an hour. In order to manage space and projects, i delete older project boards. Although i can view content easily, i find editing on my phone is more hassle then it is worth. The drag and drop is fairly easy to understand and it auto saves my work so I never have to search around for that pesky "save" option and also templates allow me to quickly create and map my thoughts without wasting any time adjusting any spacing or positioning which is a plus. **What do you dislike about Klaxoon?** Klaxoon is slow as molasses if you load up the screen with a bunch of shapes and it is absolutely infuriating. To recolor individual icons from the template library is way overcomplicated and completely unnecessary. PowerPoint slides put people to sleep. Klaxoon is able to help us get everyone in the 'virtual' room to pay attention. It also encourages participation. I like the voting and word cloud features and being able to poll a room in an instant and the use of the sticky notes. There's zero lag and it fits right in to our other day-to-day tools like TEAMS, which saves us a ton of time. Being able to export everything out into a PDF or an Excel file is also incredibly helpful. We see Klaxoon as a great ROI as we're able to utilize the program to push forward our Safety culture. I haven't used the support feature too much just yet, but it's been easy enough to learn and navigate. I've not run into many challenges with onboarding. I've also not used the AI feature, but look forward to utilizing it in the future as I become more comfortable with what the program can offer as far as intelligence. With the way the world is moving, I believe the AI/Intelligence incorporation could be a game-changer even moreso. **What do you dislike about Klaxoon?** The only note I'll make here is regarding the mobile experience. We continuously encourage our teams and participants to access from a desktop/laptop because the experience on a cell phone or tablet is not nearly as smooth. The display looks cramped and it's not as easy to interact. With this being 2026, the need for smooth mobile access is increasingly important to our users. **What problems is Klaxoon solving and how is that benefiting you?** It is allowing our team to have more interactive, impactful, and exciting training workshops. Safety is not the most exciting topic, so Klaxoon enables us to turn it up a few notches. It's very easy to set up since it's a web app, so you just log in and start using it without any hassle. I'm really glad they added comments, which was a big missing upgrade. **What do you dislike about Klaxoon?** Klaxoon could be a little bit more polished. The shapes, like rectangles with rounded corners, get weird when you stretch them, and SVG vector shapes don't work very well. You can't add more connectors than just four, which makes it clumsy for complex representations. The tables are awkward and don't format well, making them hard to use. Font size of text varies based on zoom level it was created at, and there's no way to have a uniform size. Features for grouping and arranging things miss some UX polish, feeling like a fight compared to other software, especially when it comes layers. When I set a huge table as a background as a kind of grid to organize ideas, even if it is locked, I always find myself fighting with selecting things in it. Adding notes feels quite nice, and being able to snap things to a grid and attach arrows to connect ideas easily are some of my favorites. The voting feature isn't used too often, but when we do, it's really, really good. I also appreciate how Klaxoon allows us to create process diagrams very quickly, which would take quite some time in traditional software like Visio. The board being sort of endless and very large is a great plus, making workshops more flexible without worrying about traditional size constraints. The initial setup was very easy, and the support from the Klaxoon team with onboarding and training was excellent, making it easy for most to use and set up. **What do you dislike about Klaxoon?** I do not use Klaxoon too often. Some things that come to mind are being able to arrange different boards to structure ideas in various ways and being able to copy or link between different boards. At the moment, we have one big board with lots of information, and navigating to a different board within Klaxoon is kind of a challenge. It's difficult to segment different work streams of a project as easily using Klaxoon. **What problems is Klaxoon solving and how is that benefiting you?** Klaxoon lets us visually map and collaborate on processes, identify gaps or non-value added steps, and allows remote participation in workshops.
