What problems is Klaxoon solving and how is that benefiting you?

The introduction of Klaxoon has been instrumental in delivering on a range of projects. Klaxoon offers a great platform to coordinate with our customers either virtually or via a hybrid approach. Involvement with the team has proved to be very beneficial in exploring some of our strategic innovation goals. I'm continuing to explore the potential Klaxoon has to offer. What do you like best about Klaxoon?

What I love most about Klaxoon is how deeply it understands the way people actually think and collaborate. It transforms abstract ideas into something you can see, move, shape, and refine together in real time. As a visual learner, that has been incredibly powerful for me. Information stops floating around loosely and instead snaps into place in a way that feels organized and memorable.

From an admin perspective, Klaxoon truly shines. The product team actively listens to feedback, and I have seen changes and enhancements roll out quickly based on real user input. That kind of responsiveness builds trust. We use Klaxoon for everything from strategic planning and serious collaboration to high-energy holiday parties and team engagement events. What do you dislike about Klaxoon?

Honestly, there is very little to dislike. As with any evolving platform, there are moments where I wish certain features were available sooner or rolled out more broadly, but those gaps tend to close quickly. What problems is Klaxoon solving and how is that benefiting you?

Klaxoon solves the problem of disengaged meetings and scattered thinking. Instead of passive conversations or endless slides, it creates an environment where everyone can participate, contribute visually, and stay mentally present. That has led to stronger engagement, clearer alignment, and better outcomes across teams.

For me personally, it has made complex or abstract topics easier to understand and communicate. Ideas become shared objects instead of isolated thoughts. Meetings feel more productive, more inclusive, and frankly more enjoyable. "Easy, Collaborative Tool for Sharing Ideas and Building Client Presentations"

What do you like best about Klaxoon?

It enables my team and I to share ideas, ideate together (remotely or together) - build presentations and share our ideas with clients. It has become our go to piece of kit for day to day use as a design team. We love how easy it is to use to collect, share and comment on ideas. It allows us to build compelling presentations, hold design meetings and share workload. What problems is Klaxoon solving and how is that benefiting you?

It allows the team to work remotely or together - and share ideas. We use it as a collection of ideas that can be refined in discussion with a client or internally - its open 24/7 and it allows procrastination. A very positive designer trait. It also acts a time machine or collective memory. For instance when used to collate and present design ideas we allow the client access so after the initial presentation and discussion, they can then share themselves within their own business and get larger feedbacks. This allows procrastination and leads to more rounded design discussions and promotes what if thinking. If we follow a design idea to a dead end, we have the time machine of previous other ideas to revert to as they are all still on the board. It becomes a collective memory too - we use boards to collate our teams work over the year and acts a place of memory and review of all the project work we have undertaken. "Effective Visual Collaboration with Easy Setup"

What do you like best about Klaxoon?

I love how incredibly quick and easy it is to set up a board in Klaxoon. Adding notes feels quite nice, and being able to snap things to a grid and attach arrows to connect ideas easily are some of my favorites. The voting feature isn't used too often, but when we do, it's really, really good. I also appreciate how Klaxoon allows us to create process diagrams very quickly, which would take quite some time in traditional software like Visio. The board being sort of endless and very large is a great plus, making workshops more flexible without worrying about traditional size constraints. The initial setup was very easy, and the support from the Klaxoon team with onboarding and training was excellent, making it easy for most to use and set up. What do you dislike about Klaxoon?

I do not use Klaxoon too often. Some things that come to mind are being able to arrange different boards to structure ideas in various ways and being able to copy or link between different boards. At the moment, we have one big board with lots of information, and navigating to a different board within Klaxoon is kind of a challenge.
