It's a simple way to have an overview of our office attendance, employee list, and knowing who is working at home or out of the office. It also helps our internal teams like HR, IT, and VPs see how often our office follows suit. We also find it handy for booking open flex cubicle spaces or boardrooms for meetings. I've noticed some bugs in the app when using, sometimes you can press the check-in button a couple times and it still doesn't register so sometimes you have to do it a few times before it actually works. I like Envoy Workplace for its ease of use and reporting capabilities. The iPad for signing is really easy for visitors, and updating on the backend is simple. It's incredibly slow. It takes forever to initially load, it takes a while to load whenever you do ANY operation in it.

Also, there are no quality of life improvements in the app. Remembering your most preferred seat and putting you NEAR it if it fails to book that seat is such a trivial change but it still isn't there.

I really like their deliveries service as it has helped us keep track of mail and deliver it to our employees in a fast and efficient way. It has saved our team time to reallocate to other areas of the business. Another aspect is their people as they have helped us when a urgent matter comes up and always responsive if we have an issue.

The ease of desk booking during office visits, helps plan meeting better as we can block space for meetings beforehand, helps pre plan office visits without the need to worry about workspace as it shows the level of occupancy in real time, making it easier navigating free spaces.
