Software interface is intuitive and it is very easy to use. Can get to whatever information I need and any setting I want to set. Used by many large corporations and small companies and easy for both. When I have questions, tech support is very responsive. Has been running for years without any failures. Allows access control and security for my company in whatever way we want... phone-only, cards, fobs, remote access, guest access, etc. We use cameras for both security and intercom functionality. It is very intuitive and user friendly with fantastic customer support. I haven't even scratched the surface of all of the possible features. We rolled it out for our school district this summer and it has been a great tool that we use every day. Implementing schedules, groups, and security functions has been very straightforward. The ease and efficiency of having a cloud solution that integrates with 3rd party applications such as Workday and Okta to make adding users fully automated and mobile credential ready. One of the best BLE technolgy for access control on the market making it alot more relaiable for user day to day use. Very easy to implement and setup a new premises. As this was implemented in our office, it made it easy to keep track of who comes in and out, for people who want to keep a track of such things. Good user experience and easy to use. Excellent security feature that can be used across multiple websites. The application is simple to install and has easy to follow instructions for users to get started with. Easy to have an app on my phone rather than a keycard (that I'd probably forget at home) to get into my office building. It's super simple to get set-up and rolling on your first day of work! The only thing I dislike is that in order to use the wave function to unlock doors, you have to have bluetooth and location services "Always On" (which can drain your phone battery). It tracks where you are and how many times you've used Openpath in the past. The alternative is turning location services off, which means you have to open up the app on your phone and tap on the "Unlock" button to open the door. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. Being able to remotely control access to our office building, giving front door access to the building to all employees, making it easier to limit the access employees have to the office at various times (ie, on the weekends/late at night). Earlier, we used to carry our badges everywhere in our office and hit on the locks to get access. I am so glad that my company implemented Openpath. One of the best features of the open path is that it provides access through proximity sensors on my mobile phone, and I no longer have to carry the badges in my hand. Although it is feature rich and super practical, I am yet to find a solution to access my office door in case of my phone’s battery drainage.
