It's very subpar **Rating:** 1.5/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.) **Reviewed Date:** December 16, 2025 **What do you like best about Envoy Workplace?** It shows a visualisation of the floor plan **What do you dislike about Envoy Workplace?** It's incredibly slow. It takes forever to initially load, it takes a while to load whenever you do ANY operation in it. Also, there are no quality of life improvements in the app. Remembering your most preferred seat and putting you NEAR it if it fails to book that seat is such a trivial change but it still isn't there. Honestly envoy is a huge drag and more often than not as an end user I have to click/press and wait a lot more than I should have to for something as simple as booking a desk. **What problems is Envoy Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?** It helps me book a desk... Albeit in the most annoying and slow fashion possible. ### 2. The user-facing system is simple and easy to navigate. **What do you dislike about Envoy Workplace?** The back-end setup is clunky and difficult to navigate. As an office admin, making changes in Envoy takes too long and is not an efficient use of my time. **Recommendations to others considering Envoy Workplace:** Envoy is a really great solution for space and visitor management, we were just dissatisfied with the health management solutions offered and therefore moved to another provider. **What problems is Envoy Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?** I was using Envoy for hoteling/desk reservations, neighborhoods, and I was also using Envoy's visitor management system to have employees sign in on arrival. I no longer use either of these as we were dissatisfied with the health management aspect and the inability to restrict personal information to HR only. ### 3.
