Envoy Workplace has completely transformed how we manage both guest check-ins and internal workspace logistics. The guest experience is incredibly smooth—from the moment someone walks in, the sign-in process is intuitive and polished, leaving a great first impression. But what I love just as much is how easy it makes managing desk assignments and tracking attendance. With a lot of folks travelling for work, we needed a way to keep track of who’s in the office and make hot desking less of a hassle. I have some reservations about the pricing structure of certain features—for example, emergency notifications feel like a capability that should be included in our existing plan.
