What do you like best about Envoy Workplace?

We’ve been impressed with how Envoy continues to evolve alongside our needs. What started as a simple visitor management solution has grown into an essential part of our daily operations. We’ve expanded to using it for deliveries, desk booking, and attendance tracking—all thanks to the team’s willingness to listen to customer feedback and build new features that add real value. It’s been great to see our usage grow as the platform continues to innovate. Its very easy easy to setup and use. The support is quick to respond to questions or issues as well. What do you dislike about Envoy Workplace?

What do you like best about Envoy Workplace?

Envoy Workplace has completely transformed how we manage both guest check-ins and internal workspace logistics. The guest experience is incredibly smooth—from the moment someone walks in, the sign-in process is intuitive and polished, leaving a great first impression. It eliminates the friction of manual logging, and our visitors consistently comment on how easy it is to navigate.

But what I love just as much is how easy it makes managing desk assignments and tracking attendance. With a lot of folks travelling for work, we needed a way to keep track of who’s in the office and make hot desking less of a hassle. What do you dislike about Envoy Workplace?

I have some reservations about the pricing structure of certain features—for example, emergency notifications feel like a capability that should be included in our existing plan.
