I appreciate how engaged and participatory the trainings are. There are several movies and tests included. It displays how far you've come and how much time is left. I enjoy how the quizzes display the typical answer in my own organization based on the most recent anonymous answers. **What do you dislike about emTRAiN LMS?** The situations and performance in a few of the videos look a little out of date. Even though some of the videos are corny, the message is still conveyed. It would be good to update the videos after a few years. **What problems is emTRAiN LMS solving and how is that benefiting you?** Emtrain offers a solution to the challenge of delivering training courses to a big organization so that staff members can finish them on their own time and at their own speed. ### 2. Sometimes, the person on the other line knows just as much as we do. I have gotten multiple times that they will escalate the issue, and no one gets back to us. We must call again. **What problems is emTRAiN LMS solving and how is that benefiting you?** Having the HR trying to create and implement training for staff is time consuming. This software does the work for you and is a great tool to have in an office ### 5. It includes a series of videos and quizzes. It shows your progress and how much time is remaining. I like that the quizzes show the average response in my own company based on the current anonymous responses. **What do you dislike about emTRAiN LMS?** Some of the videos seem a little outdated in terms of the situations or acting. Some of the videos are cheesy, but it still gets the point across. Updating the videos after a few years would be nice. **What problems is emTRAiN LMS solving and how is that benefiting you?** Emtrain solves the problem of distributing training sessions to a large company that allows the employees to complete it at their own pace and on their own schedule. ### 6. It was easy for employees to log in and get started and made our initiatives for sexual harassment training easy to complete. **What do you dislike about emTRAiN LMS?** I didn't love adding users. It was more difficult than it needed to be. Could use some updates. My version of excel was too new for their software to add users so I had to add them 1 by 1. **What problems is emTRAiN LMS solving and how is that benefiting you?** Training for our team-- specifically harassment training. ### 10.
