# How does Traliant help you prepare for real situations without feeling put on the spot?

I found Traliant to be a very friendly platform and easy to respond to. The harder part was realizing I had not thought through specific situations or whether I had experienced something like that before. It did help me think ahead about how to manage myself and how to respond to certain behaviors. How do you approach the scenario-based questions, and what helps you connect them to real situations?
