Shift is a great LMS platform that provides many options from full-on training courses to microburst trainings. The dedicated account reps are very easy to work with and work to understand our company's objectives.

Since our company operates across all US states, their platform allows us to meet every legal requirement without the hassle of tracking state-specific updates ourselves. The team members I’ve interacted with are always highly responsive and ensure that all my questions are thoroughly addressed. I primarily work with Nicole and Dillon, and I truly can’t speak highly enough of them. Whenever a technical issue arises (almost always on our end) Dillon is quick to guide me through the solution or provide clear written instructions, often resolving the matter the same day. Beyond the excellent support, the training itself stands out. Anti-harassment trainings can often be dull, but this program is genuinely engaging and interesting, so our team no longer dreads the recurring sessions. The trainings are consistently updated to stay current, and the team is receptive to any feedback I provide, making the experience even better.
