Whenever we encountered server management issues, it felt like an eternity waiting for them to address the problem, as it took an exasperating three working days for them to get back to us. **What problems is CalChamber solving and how is that benefiting you?** CalChambers exceptional range of services has been an absolute lifesaver for me, significantly reducing the time and effort I previously spent on HR compliance. Their comprehensive resources and invaluable training have been instrumental in guiding me through the intricate web of labor laws, ensuring that my business is always in full compliance. ### 4. It provides full packages of training which covers every training like Harrasment training, Informational Training etc. The best part about this tool is it's cost. It's very cheap in cost to have subscription and also it has almost all of the courses covered over there. **What do you dislike about CalChamber?** When It was in use for us, I felt that it had less number of servers attached. When more than 20 trainees started streaming the course over there, the issue started in buffering and the page was getting in stuck. It should have better server management which should be capable of handling large number of requests at the same time. **What problems is CalChamber solving and how is that benefiting you?** Like I told, when It was in use for us it had server management issue. The tool was not capable to handle the huge requests on the servers. We realised and open support ticket. They came after 3 working days and suggested to do force patching on the tool. They created change window and updated the tool. In the backend they upgraded the server OS and then it got fixed out. ### 5. Also, ensuring our company always remains compliant and trained with sexual harassment training for both employees and supervisors. **What do you dislike about CalChamber?** I have no dislikes for CalChamber. Everything they offer is best for making sure each company remains compliant with the latest federal and California laws for employers and employees both. **What problems is CalChamber solving and how is that benefiting you?** CalChamber makes it easy to be trained and train our employees with yearly sexual harassment prevention training. It puts our company at ease that we are doing all we possibly can to not only remain compliant with the federal and state laws, but also create a safe environment for each of our employees. ### 6. The tools are very useful; All the customer's support team is helpful when the user needs them. Even when I met them at a SHRM Conference the representatives were very helpful in explain how to use the system. **What problems is CalChamber solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are not experiencing any business problems at this time because they keep us current with all the laws. We use the All In One Poster from them, and even if there is a law change they automatically mail us a new one. ### 8. This is a great HR resource to keep you informed. **What do you dislike about CalChamber?** In my thinking, nothing is disliked in Calchamber. **What problems is CalChamber solving and how is that benefiting you?** The most appealing aspect of the organizational structure is that it can maintain store privacy, as this will permanently preserve privacy. All the employee information, including pay, information, TRP, and goal, is all that this program can handle. ### 9.
