What do you like best about Emtrain?

Emtrain allows me to upload reports into the system so I can update them easily and thoroughly. The content is great—educational and entertaining. My company’s rep for Emtrain is Lori, and she is the absolute best; she responds to my emails with even minor questions within minutes. I was able to build seven campaigns in one day because Emtrain’s interface is so easy to use and works smoothly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Emtrain?

There are some specific rules for uploading a report, but once Rachel, our previous Emtrain rep, explained the nuances to me, I was able to fix my report and get everyone at my company updated. Rachel and our new rep, Lori, have both been there for me as I gather information on how to integrate with ADP, which is great. For now, I still have to enter things manually, but that isn’t Emtrain’s fault. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Emtrain solving and how is that benefiting you?

Emtrain solves the problem of having to go in one by one to update user profiles, or even worse, creating our own training and sending it out manually on top of all the other work my team already does. Emtrain’s training is super useful because it uses a green-to-red range to describe an employee’s behavior. It makes it much easier to say, “that was red,” instead of always having to call someone out in a confrontational way. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
