What do you like best about SAI360?

We were using paper check lists for safety inspections prior to using SAI360 and that was totally a nightmare. Now I just pull out my phone and check the boxes. Also, I can take pictures of hazards on the warehouse floor and add them straight onto the incident report without having to send them to myself via email first. Glad it didn't freeze today while I was doing the last walk through. At least it keeps all of our audit info in one spot so I don't have to be digging through file folders. What do you dislike about SAI360?

The offline feature of SAI360 is almost non-existent. If I go downstairs into the basement (no cell service) it will freeze and I'll lose everything I've completed during my inspection, which is incredibly frustrating. The advanced reporting dashboard is ridiculous to set up. You would almost need a computer science degree to create a simple chart for your weekly safety meeting. The app doesn't display the actual project name on the initial screen, only displays the date, therefore I have to spend hours clicking around to locate the correct inspection. What problems is SAI360 solving and how is that benefiting you?

It basically eliminates our risk of failing a regulatory audit and we no longer have a million spreadsheets floating around. When someone is injured or a risk is identified, we simply enter it into the app and assign a task to fix it. It forces people to actually perform the safety inspections rather than simply filling out fake paper forms and also management can view whether we are complying with the regulations without needing to ask me.
