What do you like best about KnowBe4 Compliance Plus?

I like that the training and videos are realistic and relevant to today’s environment. It’s easy to schedule training for employees and keep track of their progress. The dashboard is also very user-friendly, which makes it simple to monitor everything in one place. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about KnowBe4 Compliance Plus?

I’d like to see more automation so that if a user fails a training module or clicks an email they shouldn’t, they’re automatically directed to a short video and maybe a brief questionnaire. After they complete it, the results could then be sent to an administrator for review. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is KnowBe4 Compliance Plus solving and how is that benefiting you?

Compliance Plus frees up our team from having to run the training ourselves, and it also adds credibility to what IT and security have been communicating to employees. When someone clicks something they shouldn’t or accidentally sends PCI or PII through email, we can quickly enroll them in the appropriate training. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
