I find Shift incredibly easy to use, with no learning curve for staff, allowing them to log in and take courses immediately. I appreciate that it provides a cost-effective solution for staff training on various topics. I also love that they are constantly introducing new content into the learning catalog and updating older courses to keep them interesting and challenging.
