The platform is easy for applicants to use, as shown by the small number of inquiries we receive. It also allows us to customise the application process to fit our needs. The dashboard clearly shows application status and numbers, which help us understand daily operations at a glance. In addition, the fully online process enables applicants to apply from anywhere, and the strong data protection standards give us confidence in system security. **What do you dislike about DreamApply?** The initial setup required time and effort, and some creativity is needed to figure and refine the system. We are also not using some functions, such as scoring and ranking, because we follow our own evaluation methods. In addition, we have not yet fully used the analytics and marketing features due to limited resources. Since the system was introduced at the same time as our programme launch, it is still difficult to evaluate its overall impact. **What problems is DreamApply solving and how is that benefiting you?** DreamApply helps us manage admission through a fully online system. There are different teams, like the central team of the university, faculties, and financial teams, and everybody can see the applications in a centralized way with real-time information. This centralization makes our work very efficient. **What do you dislike about DreamApply?** Well, there are always things that can be improved. We have so many our business is quite complicated. So we have we always have requests regarding invoicing the way programs are managed. Just so we always appreciate a more personalized approach, which is not always possible. But I would say that they do their best to accommodate our requests. **What problems is DreamApply solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use DreamApply to manage international applications, solving issues with centralized online processing. It ensures all colleagues access the same applicant information, making our work efficient with real-time data. ### 3. We handled application documents as scanned files via e-mail, which took a lot of time, and the entire process of completing a single application felt endless, very time-consuming, and confusing. It was difficult to keep track of each student and their progress with the required documents. Reaching the final stage of submission took approximately half a month, with an endless exchange of e-mails with students and checking every document one by one. Now, with DreamApply, the whole process of students applying to UNIOS is transparent and well organised. The daily journals sent to administrators’ e-mails are very helpful, and once a student completes the application, we can process the admission in just several minutes. It takes us around 15 minutes per application to review all documents and issue acceptance letters. The system is super easy and efficient, and it saves us in the international office a huge amount of time and nerves :) Processing applications in the DreamApply platform has been a real game changer. It has not only boosted our administrative efficiency, but has also contributed significantly to students’ overall satisfaction with the services we provide. The DreamApply platform is also easy for our applicants to use—students applying for study and mobility to UNIOS. They can see at every step which documents they need to upload and what is still missing. The system is user-friendly and easy to navigate, so the number of inquiries, questions, and doubts students may have during the application process is significantly reduced. **What do you dislike about DreamApply?** No downsides have been detected by us so far, all colleagues working with DreamApply are happy with its features. **What problems is DreamApply solving and how is that benefiting you?** The whole process of student admission to the University is faster, more efficient and time-saving, meaning that students are satisfied with the service provided, and officers, i.e. University staff engaged in student recruitment is more content and feel bettwe about their job performance. ### 4. Students can remain on the platform throughout the entire process, right up until they arrive at the university, if that is desired. Assigning applicants to colleagues or adding flags/trackers at different stages helps establish an effective workflow. With available integrations, communication and lead nurturing can be streamlined even further, ensuring that nothing is missed. **What do you dislike about DreamApply?** DreamApply is an admissions software designed for higher education. Since everything is built on that foundation, it can become complicated to use in broader contexts, especially if the institution lacks financial or technical resources. This includes areas like marketing, lead generation and nurturing, or integration with internal systems. Personally, I hope that in the future, features such as tables will become more dynamic to improve analytics and administrative work. **What problems is DreamApply solving and how is that benefiting you?** We wanted to simply some tasks, that was done manually and included several steps on paper. The first step was to change some internal processes, then we were able to implement automations.
